    SERVES: 4-6
    INGREDIENTS
    2 cups Kwahu nsusua (turkey berries)
    6 green scotch bonnet pepper
    1 small onion
    1 charred stinky fish (momone)
    1 tsp salt
    ¼ cup palm oil
    DIRECTION
    • Bring the turkey berries to a boil on a medium high heat for 10 minutes, take of the heat, drain and set aside.
    • Grind scotch bonnet pepper, onion, salt in an earthenware until smooth.
    • Add charred stinky fish and grind.
    • Add the cooked turkey berries and grind into a smooth mixture then adjust salt to your taste.
    • Heat palm oil, pour on the mixture and stir.
    • Turkey berries abomu ready. Serve with cooked plantain, boiled egg and koobi.
