Subhash Chandra since his childhood was very much drawn towards the Indian Freedom Struggle. He was also a big follower of Swami Vivekananda. Subhash Chandra Bose qualified the Indian Civil Services Exam but resigned in April 1921 and started working for Chittaranjan Das whom he regarded as his political guru. Subhash Chandra Bose also worked as the CEO OF Calcutta Municipal Corporation. Haripura Session and Tripuri Session of the Indian National Congress, Subhash Chandra Bose was the President of Indian National Congress but resigned due to adoption of the Pant Resolution which adhered allegiance to the ideologies of Mahatma Gandhi. He reached Germany through Kabul and then went to Japan to take over the command of Indian National Army. Please watch the video for more details.....

Raina Sharma see legal right is guaranteed through an act or law which is not written in the constitution....anything written in the constitution becomes constitutional right...
As far as fundamental rights are concerned they are constitutional plus they are elite and more important than other constitutional rights.
