The bottom ports are too small on scooter engines, if you can find knife edging, look it up, it's kind of what I have done to the engine, it opens the transfers and give a nice easy rev to the engine, I'm waiting for the rain to stop to give it a spin and see if it was worth the effort or not

Yes, it's a cheaper version than the big bolt on makes, I chose this as you can rebore it again and again, I have to port it though
