Cabbage tastes better than meat. Why didn't I know about this cabbage recipe?ASMR video. Hello friends! Today I am sharing with you a popular cabbage recipe. I don't know why I have never cooked cabbage using this recipe. It tastes way better than schnitzel. The taste is simply incomparable! Fresh cucumber sauce complements these cabbage schnitzels perfectly.
Make this healthy vegetable meal for your family.
🥣🥣🥣 INGREDIENTS AND COOKING:
1. Chop 500 grams of cabbage, cover with water and boil for 7-8 minutes.
2. Drain the cabbage and let cool.
3. Cut 1-2 onions, fry in vegetable oil. Add 2 cloves of garlic.
4. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces.
5. Salt 2 eggs and mix well.
6. Squeeze the cabbage and put the eggs in it, stir.
7. Add the tomatoes, red pepper (or chilli powder), a pinch of salt, black pepper, fried onion to the cabbage and mix everything together.
8. Add 3 tablespoons of flour and stir.
9. Heat the olive oil in a pan.
10. Fry the cabbage escalopes on both sides.
11. Place the cabbage escalopes on kitchen paper to remove excess fat.
🍲🍲🍲 Cooking an easy and quick sauce:
1. 100 grams of yogurt.
2. 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
3. Salt.
4. Coarsely grate 1 small cucumber.
5. Finely chop the dill.
6. Chop 2 cloves of garlic.
7. Mix well.

🥣🥣🥣 INGREDIENTS:
700 grams of cabbage cut.
Grate 2 carrots.
3 grate potatoes.
1 chopped pepper.
1 bunch chopped spring onions.
3 eggs.
Salt.
100 grams of yogurt, sour cream or kefir.
50 ml olive oil (can be sunflower).
150 grams of flour.
10 grams of baking powder.
If the batter is too thick, add 1-2 tablespoons of water.
Pour the batter over the vegetables and stir.
Place the vegetables on parchment paper.
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 30 minutes.
add cheese.
Bake an additional 10 minutes at 180°C (356°F).

1/2 lemon.
1 apple.
I like to put a sweet apple in a salad, but you can use a sour one too.
Spring onions.
Dill.
Mix well.
Olive oil.

Спрошу о том же. Первый рецепт это обычные катлеты из капусты. Оттуда у меня вопрос. Почему я, МУЖИК, знаю как они готовятся с 7-ми летнего возраста а ты нет? Или не знаю. Новое поколение настолько к хренам отупело, что ничего кроме дошика, себе приготовить не может? И даааа. Ничего там феноменального я не увидел ну вбухала туда помидоры. Настолько стандартщина.... У нас в школе, в столовке так кормили. Но вау!!! А название то какое " капуста лучше мяса. Причем я на подобную дурь натыкаюсь уже в который раз. Вот это вот лучше чем мясо, если ты мясо даришь до состояния углей и жрешь. Ну тогда и дошик лучше чем мясо.

My favorite cabbage recipe my mama used to make was cabbage buns. She'd brown hamburger with onions, salt, pepper, and garlic. Then add cabbage and grated carrot. Then she made bread dough...put a big scoop of the meat and cabbage mixture into a flattened out piece of bread dough...and close it back up around it...and then she'd bake them. They were about twice the size of a dinner roll. I LOVED to eat them fresh out of the oven!! She'd let them cool, then store them in plastic bags in the fridge. I also LOVED them after being in the fridge a few days, after the flavors really had time to set in. We'd eat them hot or cold...I always got excited as a kid, when I could take them for cold lunch at school!! 💜🥰💜😍💜🤗💜

I lived most of my life in WA, surrounded by my Polish & German family, these recipes especially remind me of time spent in the kitchen with my great grandma Lydia. We all had gardens, growing root vegetables, cabbage, herbs, and such, though I have a garden here, it's not the same. (My youtube pic was one my mom captured, unbeknownst to me, when I was a teenager snapping green beans for canning).

Your recipes are absolutely wonderful. I love cabbage so much I'm going to do all three. I have cabbage in the fridge right now that I'm not using and I love cabbage. I am in the United States 81 years old and I cook about three times a week and we eat what I make on the other days. I grew up eating fried cabbage and noodles together. My mother was Slovak and my father Hungarian. Cabbage is a favorite for us also. So thank you for taking the time and putting the ingredients up there.

@Genevieve LeLanne That’s actually 150 pounds not 50, but yes I exercise 3 times a week, why would you assume that only fasting would be the main contributor? Would it be that your confidence in keto is that resolute? Or are you hoping that my weight loss journey fails? Witch is it? I hate to burst your bubble but I’m 150 pounds down from April of 2019. While I would agree with you that MOST of the time the weight does come back, you stating that it ALWAYS comes back is absolutely false. But I’m sure that if you scroll long enough you’ll find someone’s failed attempt at getting healthy so you’ll feel much better about yourself. Have a very happy and blessed day.

Recipes will do nothing if you can’t actually get cabbage at the store. The better solution is to hold onto these recipes (in an actual physical recipe box-what if there’s no electricity?), and grow your own cabbage expecting a hard time. If the hard time isn’t present when your cabbage is ready to be harvested, give thanks for a better self grown head of cabbage than what you can buy!
The only thing these last 2 years have taught me is how we need to be more self-sufficient. In the event that the grocery store doesn’t have very much produce, you just go to your own backyard vegetable garden. It’s not too big of a deal then. If you have common produce growing in your own backyard, isn’t it then sort of an inconvenience to go to the store rather than the other way around? lol.
Common produce: tomatoes, broccoli, celery, carrots, onions, leafy greens, potatoes, and of course the topic at hand, CABBAGE(sss)!! I love baby bok choy and lots of different cabbage varieties lololol.

Я очень люблю капусту в любом виде.Особенно голубцы это моё самое любимое блюдо.Я много лет проработала шеф-поваром всегда с удовольствием слушаю и беру на заметку рецепты других поваров. Ведь поварское дело не стоит на месте а всегда движется вперёд. Обажаю готовить и всегда слушаю и принимаю к сведению все рецепты которые мне не знакомы...
Найдите на ютубе шеф-повара Илью Лазерсона, Ольгу Матвей, Галину кухню. Вы будете поражены. И это мягко сказано. Это асы кулинарии. А Илья Лазерсон- ещё и профессионал. Он - шеф- повар одного из ресторанов в Москве
