    "BELEKOY"
    INGREDIENTS:
    ■ 3 cups glutinous rice flour
    ■ 4 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
    ■ 2 & 1/2 cups water
    ■ 1 & 1/2 cups brown sugar
    ■ 1 pack instant apple juice powder (good for 1 liter)
    ■ 1 tsp vanilla syrup
    HOW TO COOK:
    1. Heat a skillet over low heat.
    2. Add- in the rice flour and toast, while mixing, until the color turns light brown.
    3. Do the same for the sesame seeds.
    4. Pour- in the water in pot and bring it to a boil.
    5. Add- in the brown sugar and the apple juice powder and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
    6. Add- in the vanilla and toasted rice flour and simmer until the mixture becomes thick and
    solid enough while folding.
    7. Remove from heat and let cool down.
    8. Cut the cooked mixture into desired shapes.
    9. On a clean board, scatter sesame seeds and roll the belekoys over until fully coated.
    10. Serve or wrap the belekoys with plastic wrappers for later. Enjoy!
