He's talking about GoT specifically. He's said it before. GoT is a show where EVERYONE goes on Twitter and talks about it the second something happens or the episode ends. Whereas with other things, people normally don't go all out with the spoilers so soon after/so blatantly.
Guys guys aw man. So I'm a professional saxophonist which made it exciting to hear y'all talk about the music, but just lemme make some quick corrections (that won't get read). Alto sax is pronounced like Albert, and the intro features a tenor saxophone anyway. But I'd love to see Gus try his hand though. I've always wanted to have RT let me play on the intro live LOL what a pipe dream
Thanks for the info, I think professional saxophonist is an extremely kickass job! Any other sax info/trivia you feel like dumping? I'm sure I'm not the only one interested, it's actually really cool.
Im in the US Navy on the ship that the collision happened. The JSM lost steering and turned in front of the merchant ship that was trailing at a VERY close distance. It was a very unfortunate mishap that cost us 10 lives. All we can do is learn from our mistakes and better ourselves and others from them. 1:11:20
Without a doubt one of my favorite stories of rtpodcast history now. I totally get burnies point and totally get Gavin's point but just the fact they both can't explain them well enough to come across well to the other is so damn funny
59:07 Always love hearing Ultimate brought up in my favorite social outlets! And just an FYI you always know where the disc will go. It's called "reading" and is an essential skill for all players.
I literally just got out of the hospital after 6 days because I had bursitis in my elbow that then got infected. Glad you didn't have to go through that, Gus!
I haven't watched the RT podcast in probably 2 years, and the first thing I thought to myself when starting it up was that they were going to talk down to Gavin for some reason. 2 minutes in and they're already talking about how wrong he is about when the first season of Gauntlet aired and he's ABSOLUTELY CORRECT.
Burnie's rant at the end will be the new Geoff Rant at the end of The Legend of the Hidden Tower Video. Im gonna come back to watch it like every couple weeks LOLOL
Watching funhaus, they use their Google device all the time and every time "ok google" is said my phone thinks I'm saying it. I actually find it kind of funny
Watching the last ten minutes of this always cheers me up when I’m feeling down. There is just something about Burnie when he is unhinged that puts a smile on my face.
When Gavin was talking about his cat "transcript invention" I thought for sure he was gonna say that it printed out a receipt of everything the cat had ever broken/damaged and the total damage cost lol
My hometown of Denton is constantly under construction. The main street, University Drive, it took 5+ years to widen it. From one end of Denton to the other, it's only about 3 miles.
It's funny Blaine turns ads off in any way possible because as soon as I hear an ad segway on the podcast I tab back to this tab and skip it. Super easy since they put a banner on the bottom of the screen so I know exactly when it's done.
Ze Rubentor lol 1st I'm not Burnie. 2nd who would be insecure based off knowledge of a fictional subject? I dont think you know what that word means. I called out a guy who was pissy because someone was talking about a show they watch. Sure correct him but why get mad it doesnt matter its not real.
"I don't think you know what that word means." Feel you're better at words than me, do you? Now look who's elitist. It is a book, it exists, so it's real. It might be fiction, but that doesn't change anything, some people know a lot about it and some people know very little about it, just like every other subject under the sun. It's quite frustrating to listen to someone who has less knowledge discuss something you're well versed in, be it literary fiction, music theory, aerospace engineering, or anything else. If you get off your high horse maybe you'll be less insecure. (By the way, yes I know what insecure means. Although, if you wish I could do a complete contrastive analysis just to make sure. I learned how to do that while I was majoring in - wait for it - _English grammar._ Comes in handy when plums like you try to show how clever you are by deploying silly master suppression techniques. Now look who's elitist! Oh wait, it's me. Oops.)
The logic doesn't make sense though. It's like every handshake leads to two people who experienced a handshake, every flight leads one to go to two different airports
I'm with Burnie on the construction. If it's every time he flies, then it doesn't matter where else he goes. If "A" always, and "B" sometimes, and A is more often seen then A is still greater than B
Totally relate to Gavin on the hip thing. My knees have been weird for p much as long as I can remember, like I have to be careful how often I go up stairs, and sometimes when I kneel down me legs like... it's incredibly painful to straighten my leg again. I should have probably gone to the doctors about this when I really noticed it 10 years ago... but now it's been too long.
I feel ya Gavin... Got the same hip problem, but never really know how to explain it to people and so thank you. From now on I will use your words to describe it. 😉
Dude this is my freaking life!!! I live in Fort Worth and I-35 and 820 are ridiculous!!! I feel Burnie's rage!! It has taking Fort Worth 5 years!!! 5 years to fix 3 different overpassed at the EXACT SAME TIME!!!!! It is also not done yet. I feel Burnie's pain.
Quick tip when an eclipse happens. You can use your phones screen to see it. Leave your phone off and use the screen as a mirror and position it towards the sun. I did that and it was my first time seeing a solar eclipse. (Lunar is so much easier)
The greatest part of the eclipse for me wasn't necessarily seeing totality, it was while watching the total eclipse and hearing everybody go "ooh" and "ahh", my 5 year old nephew yells "BORING! Where are the fireworks? Boring." ;P
Already listened to the full audio version. I am just here for the construction discussion.
On UA-cam?
sonic12o3 I listened to the audio version via Podcast Republic.
xGeoThumbs lol just finished the audio and I had to see Bernie screaming haha
I did the same thing.
clvnmdr453 nothing makes me more happy than angry burnie
1:20:10
the beginning of the funniest argument on the podcast in a looong while
This was the whole reason why I looked for the podcast, had no idea it started with big ben lol
you are an absolute legend!!!
angry at construction? michigan has 2 seasons: winter and orange barrels.
KyuubiAkamaru they complain about construction but have they ever spent a week in the metro Detroit area? Always construction somewhere!!
Megan M don't forget to mid day mid work week 696 close offs for "road cleaning" 🤔
Everybody drives slow in the passing lane too down the freeway
Yeah they literally make me late to school all the time because there's always construction on I-95.
That's the same for Minnesota, you can't go anywhere unless you see something about construction
The RTAA starts at 1:23:11
Alem Dereje the goat
Did you just know there was going to be an RTAA or was this re-uploaded?
Eevee™ could've been a first member and got it early idk but I just noticed this comment was from five days ago lmao
Alem Dereje thanks
Unless it changed since I was a first member, you only got it a day early.... Must be witchery.
Angry Burnie is the best Burnie
I expect we're getting an rtaa from that XD
Indeed. I've missed Angry Burnie. Good to see hes still alive and kicking.
swguygardner they should absolutely make an rtaa from that
What part?
Druiloor if
Thank you for Angry Burnie, it's all the fun of listening to my dad shouting but with none of the associated anxiety
Angry Burnie = Blood gulch Church
Oh my God. Burnie’s construction rant was one of the funniest podcast moments in a long time
0:57
As an Alto sax player I can say it is infact one of the easist ones
That ending.....my head is sore, my chest is sore and I'm crying with laughter!!
"It's not a spoiler after the episode comes out" - Burnie Burns 2017.
Guess we can tweet Burnie anytime anything comes out.
yea, he doesnt seem to understand the definition of spoiler
By Burnie's logic then nothing is a spoiler ever because how are you going to spoil something that hasn't come out, unless it's leaked or something.
He's talking about GoT specifically. He's said it before. GoT is a show where EVERYONE goes on Twitter and talks about it the second something happens or the episode ends. Whereas with other things, people normally don't go all out with the spoilers so soon after/so blatantly.
GameDog your either First or your last in a spoiler free world of Burnie lol
GameDog "Hey Burnie, you see the new rvb?"
Guys guys aw man. So I'm a professional saxophonist which made it exciting to hear y'all talk about the music, but just lemme make some quick corrections (that won't get read). THANK THE LORD I'm a alto saxophonist and that made me so mad
alto is a regional pronounciation when youre referring to the usage of the word in english, its either what you said or "all tow"
Albert?
@@zgillet Pronunciation of "Al" in Albert to "Al" in Alto. More "A-l" less than "Ahl". Y'know like your mouth goes sideways instead of up and down.
As long as you have a picture of lesbians on your wall, no-one will question the gayness of your matching couches

It was a very unfortunate mishap that cost us 10 lives. All we can do is learn from our mistakes and better ourselves and others from them. 1:11:20
Burnie is so focused on the bell, they're restoring the whole building
Without a doubt one of my favorite stories of rtpodcast history now. I totally get burnies point and totally get Gavin's point but just the fact they both can't explain them well enough to come across well to the other is so damn funny
one of the best rtp episodes, sad to see it end rip rt
love that you's referenced chris and jack
The last 10 minutes or so of the podcast was the best thing I've heard in a while.
The last 10~ minutes of this podcast are the best.
Having been a listener for a number of years this may be one of the best ends to a podcast. Angry Bernie had me in tears. :) Such PASSION!
59:07 Always love hearing Ultimate brought up in my favorite social outlets! And just an FYI you always know where the disc will go. It's called "reading" and is an essential skill for all players.
Burnie turns into Alex Jones by the end of this
The ending is raging gold.
All I want is to name my Alexa "Jarvis".
Barbs voice has gotten a bit deeper hasnt it?
She's finally growing into the man we always wanted
I wouldn't say deeper, I would say "more defined," for lack of a better term. I feel that happens with people who talk, pretty much for a living.
bimmy dunkelz
That elbow crack, so satisfying that I had to crack my own!
Burnie’s Leonard Church voice really shone through the last few minutes.
Starting today I'm gonna watch Game of Thrones.. starting off from the first episode.
Thanks Rooster Teeth!
Update?
The last ten minutes of this podcast are golden.
I literally just got out of the hospital after 6 days because I had bursitis in my elbow that then got infected. Glad you didn't have to go through that, Gus!
53:00 "you should hear my rendition of Ms. Independent that teaches you about the lymphatic system"
Love these podcasts keep up the good work.
Everything about this podcast was hilarious! Barbara dressed as the hot dog snapchat filter and Burnie rage was gold.
Love the way the podcast builds to finally a Burnie rant Makes my day!
Burnie's neck became Alex Jones for a minute. That was incredible
This is probably the only podcast I follow where I am entertained enough just by watching that I don't have to be doing anything else.
One of the greatest ends to the podcast ever
The last five minutes of this podcast is the best of any podcast since the iphone argument
well that end bit is for sure going to be an RTAA. Burnie Gold right there
1 door = 9 months
1 bell = 4 years
1 freedom tower = 8 years
1 Mopac = ∞
Gus nailed it about the statues. Well said.
Burnie's pop-off at 1:27:54 is GOLD
1:23:00 for the construction bit
awesomeness God Bless
49:35
You know, probably elbow fluid.
That cat "invention" will shortly be a RT Animated Adventures episode... Looking forward to it
When Gavin was talking about his cat "transcript invention" I thought for sure he was gonna say that it printed out a receipt of everything the cat had ever broken/damaged and the total damage cost lol
Please god I need an RTAA of the airport conversation.
Gavins point about eclipse glasses was a good point, he probably understands exposure and light better than anyone in the company!
The argument at the end is going to be an amazing RTAA
i want 5 min long RTAA podcast out of this.
Bernie's rage is hilarious
*Burnie. Bernie is the Senator from Vermont.
My hometown of Denton is constantly under construction. The main street, University Drive, it took 5+ years to widen it. From one end of Denton to the other, it's only about 3 miles.
When Gavin was talking about receipts from a cat I thought he would say stuff about the amount you spent on the cat not what you said to it
It's funny Blaine turns ads off in any way possible because as soon as I hear an ad segway on the podcast I tab back to this tab and skip it. Super easy since they put a banner on the bottom of the screen so I know exactly when it's done.
GOT SPOILERS
What is burnie talking about? Obviously water doesn't affect the wights because they popped up from the ice and grabbed tormund
Drake Hanson Listening to uninformed people talk about A Song of Ice and Fire stuff is frustrating
peckenhamm123 seeing people act elitist over fiction is frustrating.
However, watching insecure people call other people "elitist" because they know more about a subject is hilarious.

Gavin pulling the logic card on Burnie. Never thought I'd see the day. 😂
And it pissed him off.
sam bojorquez it wasn't that logical
The logic doesn't make sense though. It's like every handshake leads to two people who experienced a handshake, every flight leads one to go to two different airports
Hey an episode where Blaine isn't being self deprecating and self loathing. Nice Blaine!
I'm with Burnie on the construction. If it's every time he flies, then it doesn't matter where else he goes. If "A" always, and "B" sometimes, and A is more often seen then A is still greater than B
Blaine on the podcast? Thank you, world. I needed it this week :)
I listen to the audio version of this had to watch this because the end is so great
1:16 You guys forgot to play the intro sequence!
yo, volume for this episode is TOP NOTCH FAM .
As someone who lives in Austin, its just too damn hilarious hearin them talk about the constant construction.
I want Burnie to rant in every episode he is on, its amazing xD
the best ending to a podcast
Burnie was getting to Willy Wonka levels of mad. GOOD DAY SIR!
I'm in tears. Best Burnie argument yet.
Fantastic ending, thank you Burnie Burns.
I could not stop laughing at the end of the podcast... That's the hardest i've laughed in a while
Totally relate to Gavin on the hip thing. My knees have been weird for p much as long as I can remember, like I have to be careful how often I go up stairs, and sometimes when I kneel down me legs like... it's incredibly painful to straighten my leg again.

34:00 Great new content for RTAA courtesy of Gavin Free.
That Burnie/Gavin rant at the end is definitely gonna be an RTAA
Burnie's Alex Jones audition is coming along nicely.
I had to pause the video during that end discussion because I sit here in the office laughing too hard at my computer.
Best ending to a podcast yet.
How did none of them mention my dude Podrick as their favourite character
he dead probs
King Nigroin My 2 faves are still alive (for now), Varys and Littlefinger
NeO JD Littlefinger doesn't have very long
Podrick: The only guy to get his money back from the King's Landing prostitutes. A guy even Tyrion wants to know his secrets.
I think Burnie is absolutely right about construction, but god damn is it entertaining to listen to him blow up about it.
The end was so funny I had tears rolling down my face
Quick tip when an eclipse happens. You can use your phones screen to see it. Leave your phone off and use the screen as a mirror and position it towards the sun. I did that and it was my first time seeing a solar eclipse. (Lunar is so much easier)
I'm in tears at the end there 😂
That ending rant was amazing
The end of this podcast better be an animated adventure
1:24:20 There's only 2 seasons here in Nebraska. Winter and construction season.
Bruh the ending of that podcast was amazing
I paused this on iTunes to switch to this version just to see Burnie get angry at the end
15:26
To skip Game of Thrones talk.
RaiderO4 THANK YOU
RaiderO4 or just watch game of thrones
Hero
Swapped Archive This is how I feel when they talk about there lives, its extremely annoying
RaiderO4 thank you
Oh god the ending XD been a while since we got angry Burnie. Reminds of the Gus Burnie iPhone argument haha GOLD
That is gonna be a long rt animated but it is gonna be awesome. Also Bernie becomes next level Dad Angry.
My Alexa kept going off in this podcast. 😂😂😂 Played me a random 90s R&B playlist
The ending was hilarious :D
Had to watch the video version for the construction part.
The greatest part of the eclipse for me wasn't necessarily seeing totality, it was while watching the total eclipse and hearing everybody go "ooh" and "ahh", my 5 year old nephew yells "BORING! Where are the fireworks? Boring." ;P
