your music changed my life. I played keyboard and despised it, it felt like a chore. I watched your videos, and picked up a 5 year old acoustic i had collecting dust. I now play electric guitar and im loving every minute. I can only thank you for being the person for starting my love for music. You're incredibly talented, never stop.

They key is just have fun. If you simply play to have fun and enjoy it, it won't feel like practice. There's plenty of times I'm just jamming and making ridiculous stuff that no one would listen to more than once. But it makes me laugh and I have fun. And 1 out of 10 of those produces a solid riff I can actually make something from. Just like this song. Nothing is lost.

This reminds me of that “somber but encouraging” scene in every other anime where the main protagonist is uplifting one of the side characters whose down about something.
Then the camera pans to the clouds and moon in the sky. Typical anime.
But when a short song like this can paint so many pictures, that’s incredible.
This sounds too close to home…. Like that strange tune in your head you can’t get out no matter how hard you try. It just fits no where but feels right all around…

I'm genuinely considering getting an Ibanez guitar just because you and other musicians make them sound so good.
A good amp/signal chain is very important as well. A bad amp will make a great guitar sound bad.
Most of the work is done by the artist, not by the brush
the sound that comes out is up to the artist, but mid-range (i dont have experience playing their budget ones) and higher like $500+ ibanez's feel really good to play imo, but if you want the extremely expensive ones that a few thousand i'd say just get a custom shop from a shop like mayones for example
@@kellykeegan2608 this too, if you're using amp sims make sure to have a good interface, and with real amps try to avoid cheap solid states
I own his signature guitar, and while I absolutely do not sound as good as him, it is a pure joy to play. Much more unique than a strat(no offense to my strat lovers) and I get a lot of compliments on it.

I can just imagine this song playing in the background of an emotional moment in a show at the end of an adventure where the heroes are finally back home and things are okay for the time being, and they can finally be happy and relax for a while even if their work is never done. I can just imagine a character saying something like "We'll all find ourselves eventually. But right now... why don't we just go get something to eat?" and then just grinning and that's the end of the episode.

This piece feels like the embodiment of the last segment of the Hero's Journey. Here the protagonist returns to his starting place, bringing the change of his adventure with him.
I’m praying you make a tab for this. It’s beautiful and brought me to tears. Recently lost my grandpa, as he passed from a complex set of issues. Liver failure, lung failure, and covid. Despite this, his last wish was to be buried in Philippines (in his hometown of Batangas). All of our family (there were at least 30+ of us) went and the funeral was beautiful. It was sorrowful, yet beautiful. And this composition makes me think of him. I want to learn it and play it in honor of him. Please make tabs of it, your music reaches an emotion I can’t convey otherwise. Thank you for sharing this beautiful piece with us, Ichika.
