I made this for a vegetarian friend visiting from England. Expected it to last a while ...NOPE! It was so good we finished it between us in 2 meals! great with raw veggies like cauliflower, pepper slices, carrots etc. thank you , will make this often in the future!
Just two little inspirations: Ad the garlic together with the mushrooms so it doesn’t burn (bitterness) and add the parsley at the end bc of the vitamins
I made this last Christmas time and it was a hit. Only modification I made to the recipe was that I used less parsley (I am very sensitive to the taste) and I found that suited me more. Maybe if you’re making this for the first time just taste and add more as you like. Also side note how are you still single girl?! You are so freaking adorable!!! Unless it’s because you have high standards and modern dating sucks, which I can totally emphasize with.
I made your Sweet Korean Lentils for the first time last week. Oh. My. God. SO FREAKING GOOD. I made a double batch and it did not last more than 24 hours between myself and my two housemates.
Good video & recipe. The mushroom pate looks excellent and tasty. You must be a good cook and enjoy doing it. I enjoy cooking because it tastes great and home made recipe's are always better for you than processed, junk food in stores and else where.
Okay, this sounded amazing, so I went and tried it today - So yummy.. i ate most of it with a spoon. I subbed sunflower seeds for walnuts, just because i already had some sunbutter around. I have yet to hit a miss with your recipes

I didn't have rosemary the second time, but it was still tasty. Thank you for coming up with creative, tasty, and of course vegan goodness. I make your cranberry thyme cashew cheeseball and almond baked cheese as well. My family fights over the cheeses lol. PS you are gorgeous and keep being you, it's refreshing!
Oh my goodness that looks like something I would have made myself, but you showed me how to. I'm not a vegan, I'm actually a Hunter of big game and I eat meat maybe two or three times per week because I choose to. I so value the lifestyle of the vegan and I think a lot of people underestimate it. People who choose to be carnivores like to look down their noses at vegans when they should be looking up to them for healthier choices. I guarantee you that at the end of every vegan's life they'll have a whole lot less junk stuck in their intestines then us carnivores. I wish that people didn't have to judge one another, but that's just the world we live in unfortunately. I guess Adam sined and here we are. Really enjoy your Channel and really enjoy the instruction you give

Sam, it makes me cringe when you use the sharp side of your knife to scrape vegetables into a pan. It's like fingernails on a chalkboard. If you use the dull side of the knife, you'll keep your knife sharper longer and you won't ruin your cutting board. I love all your recipes.
LOL...I just bought a rosemary plant last wk for focaccia because they were out of the packs... it's *clearly* a conspiracy. This is another great way to use the small bush on my counter, no way this isn't tasty 💚

Walnuts are hard to find and expensive where I live.

You can fry vegan foods too! There are lots of meat and dairy substitutes that taste almost exactly like meat and dairy.
