- Sharnie Christie has a fear of people in fancy dress, snowmen and in particular Pantomime Horses. She has struggled for ten years and seeing anyone in fancy dress with their face covered brings her to tears. Aired on TV in 2011.

This was a while ago, but a few years later she was murdered by the stagehand who was dressed as a snowman, and he did it in costume. Just terrible.

No way she was cured within one programme.. definitely wasn’t a real phobia
It completely was real, it blighted her life. Phobias take seconds to create so taking it away in one hour is entirely possible.
I found it quite funny at first but it's not funny at all. Poor girl looked terrified.
Most people did find it funny too. The great news though she was cured and has had no issues since.
