@sitiocatucai Thanks for the comment, I built it because I seen the other models on UA-cam and I wanted one. I knew I couldn’t afford one so I figured I could build my own. When out bought some hand tools and a welder and just began to build it with research from the internet. I have about $1000US into it, some of the big items was the 2x motors, 8ft of chain, radio/servos, liner actuators, battery, steel and the nuts and bolts. Have plans this year to upgrade some things.
@sapphirejon The motors are the same but I found my motors at the first web sight when you search for: AME 218-series 12V 212 in-lb LH gearmotor - long shaft They run about $50 each.
@Garcia23Dj @Garcia23Dj Check out this video. The actuators are powered by small motors that turn a screw inside the ram. Turn the screw clockwise it pulls the ram into or out of the sleave lifting or lowering the blade. They are controlled just like a RC motor with a RC receiver and radio. To boost the power I used the Sabertooth motor controllers. Great Question! Check out my video; "RC Dozer with new Electronics" It expands on this topic a bit more.
@MrRobot58 If you search for "FA-MS-8-12-4 Mini 4" stroke 8 lbs force 12V actuator" you will see the ones I bought. They are electric rather than hydraulic.
Cool dozer, thanks for the videos and good ideas!

thanx for uploading.good work.
Fantatico seu trabalho vc faz esse trator ainda
Sim, eu ainda tenho, mas preciso de uma bateria nova. Um dia eu vou conseguir substituí-lo
fantastic work !! thanks for showing so much detail, my next project for sure. are the motors from electric windows or windscreen wipers?
Excellent work.
Do you manufacture custom?
What is the value?
really nice job well done
nice work, but you should use transistors for rc control
Very good
great

how did you make the actuators control the blade?

Hii master. Can explisit more of window switch use back/forward pliz tell the wiring diagram make a vid. Tkz..
The window switch was first used. Now it has a motor controller. I have a video of the wiring

ha ha, thats the ugliest dozer I have ever seen...no offense. But it is pretty bad ass!
