This show is so light and fits so well with my kind of humor, I watched it recently when I wasn’t so well and it was an awesome decision to do so, can’t wait for new season
Sounds like they made the right choices! I don’t think the show would have worked so well as a dark comedy - the optimistic tone is what makes you keep coming back to see how the characters have developed.
We'll have to enjoy every one of the remaining episodes of this final season. It makes me sad, but it's better to go out on a high note than doing a show until it's not funny anymore (I'm talking to you, Big Bang Theory...). I'm excited about the idea of a Kimmy Schmidt movie as a "grand finale" for this show.

I just started watching this show. I want more. I love Ellie since her days on The office. Unbreakable was perfect for her, shes nerdy and cute and awkward.
The fourth season is ok. The writing is as good as ever, but it's very clear that they have no idea where to go with any of the characters. Probably for the best that the fourth season will be the last.
1 it’s f’d up that the only black character had to “earn” his role 2 the theme song is f’d up because it’s based off of what happened to the cleveland women. “dead giveaway” it’s a song someone remixed out of an interview with a neighbor
i like this i loved unbreakable kimmy schmidt when it was on i still do fun fact i memorized almost every song on the show also like it cause me and my sister watch the show and love it and my sister told me to watch this and i did not want to but did it anyway cause most videos about shows that me and my sister watch are ruining them for both me and her but i did it anyway cause my sister promised me that it would not ruin it for me :P
An awesome spin off would be if kimmy had a kid and the reverend some how got her into his cult and kimmy goes on an adventure to save her while we see the antics in the new cult
Dose anyone remember the part in unbreakable where kim escapes the bomeshelter and it was on the news well that part was in a documentary and I cant find it and I know its real and it's bugging me
Fact number 6, they made a caricature of a plastic surgeon/celebrity dermatologist( Dr Fredric Brandt) on the show which led to him to committing suicide. When he saw how they had portrayed him in the show he texted his friend, " I’m so upset I’m a freak" and two weeks later he killed himself.
Sure he was struggling already with depression, but how can you say the show had 'nothing' to do with it? The fact he sent his friend the message literally saying 'Did u see page 6 I am so upset I am freak' and then killing himself two weeks after that is alarming. It was a cruel portrayal.
i cant tell if this show is proTrump or making fun of him, if they are making fun of him i love the show even more if they actually are Pro Garbage *cough* i kinda hate this show now...

People really need to give this show a shot its actually quite hilarious in really quirky intelligent ways.
I love unbreakable kimmy schmidt... but I kinda feel like it might benefit from being about 5%-20% darker. :P
