The Good Place is what I hope actually happens when we die. The idea of seeing loved ones again and being able to find peace you could never find on Earth is so comforting
For as hilarious and wild as the Good Place got, there were a few tear jerking moments during the series. One of my absolute favorite series of all time.
The finale of Angel. Angel decides to take down Wolfram and Hart in one night. Spike saves a baby. Gunn kills a demon and fights off some vampires. Wesley fights a wizard, dies in the arms of Illyria, and Illyria lets him talk to to Fred one more time. Angel fights Marcus Hamilton, reunites with Connor and they kill him together. The episode ends with Angel, Spike, Gunn, and Illyria about to battle a legion of demons (and one dragon) in an alleyway. "Let's get to work".
That lost finale hit different, realizing the church was the after life for Jack and then before Jack passes away, he sees the plane leaving and Vincent lays next to him in the final seconds
I often make comparisons between Hannibal and Killing Eve, the two series are very similar, but Hannibal ended in a masterful way and Killing Eve did not, if Killing Eve had a "Hannibal" style ending it would be better for me.
Six Feet Under i think was the perfect finale. It wrapped everything up. We saw all their endings, and it felt completewaswas never left wanting for more. It felt like a proper ending.
I remember watching "Blackadder Goes Forth" for my history class, and us all being shocked by the main characters rushing out into the battlefield, meeting their dooms.
I’m going for the ultimate throwback, Full House finale hits hard. As well as Sabrina The Teenage Witch, Sabrina finally marrying Harvey her true soulmate at the end at the same time as when they met hits me in the feels every time. Along with The Nanny, not only did Fran finally marry Max but they have twins together, Niles and CC marry as well, the flashback sequence hits me in the feels as well.
What episode of Full House are you referring to? The finale has Michelle getting temporary amnesia, then recovering after a short time while the rest of the family reflected on the themes of the show. It was definitely a feel-good finale, but not one that went particularly hard.
I pretend the final season of Killing Eve didn't exist, I pretend the end of the series is the end of season 3, there you would decide if they would stay together or if they would separate forever, not only was the ending of KE very bad, the entire season 4 was bad.
So many of these endings were so heart-breaking and/or profound. Black Adder was one of the funniest tv series I ever watched, but the end is just brutal. Dang, seeing the end of Golden Girls after all these years, still gets me teared-up. The Good Place's finale was so moving and beautiful, yet sad in a way. It caught me off guard, I didn't expect to cry. The series finale of MASH was fantastic and horrible. Both Hawkeye and Winchester end up terribly, emotionally damaged. I mean, war does that to people of course. But it's hard to see characters you've loved for so many years become broken like that.
I haven't watched all of these shows but all of these shows I've watched on this list are examples that some series do go out on a perfect note and leave the audience loving them all the more for it. The Dinosaurs finale should be on a list about a show being ahead of its time because, well, damn.
I feel like Blackadder is the DEFINITION of "they didn't have to go that hard", because no one would have batted an eyelid if the show had ended with Blackadder tricking his way out. The way they just said "no, that wasn't how this ended" was bold, heartbreaking and deeply respectful from an otherwise fundamentally silly and irreverent show.
Series Finale of Arrow, tore me up. Seeing Oliver make the ultimate sacrifice for the universe and his loved ones and seeing Felicity join him the afterlife after making sure her kids were set for life. Everything I didn’t know I needed.
One for the Babyboomers...... Series finale of British scifi show called Blakes 7 from 1970s. Fifty years later the shock at the end of that series still haunts me.
I really believe that Tony died the moment the screen went black. We’ve been seeing everything through his eyes, and when it cuts out, it feels like that’s the end for him. It’s such a powerful statement about how life continues on without us, yet we’re left in the dark about what happens next. The ending emphasizes the unpredictability of life and death, showing that we often don’t get closure or answers. It’s haunting and makes you think about how quickly everything can change and how little control we really have.
I know you guys try hard, but there are so many times you miss the point of like, every big show. Walter White wasn’t making amends. He was securing his legacy, sure, and saved Jesse but - that not what amends are. He wanted to show one more time he was better than everyone. It was his narcissistic swan song. I mean, come on, MsMojo. That’s just… sigh. You think he came back for amends? Please don’t mislead people.
Since we don't get enough recognition i would say power book 1, the fresh price of Bel Air, good times, the wire and many more i hope y'all have more representation in 2025
My wish list: Top 10 disney junior shows Top 10 unimportant pokemon episodes (no catching new pokemon, no evolving, no gym/pokemon leage battle, no meeting new rivles, etc) Top 10 underrated animated disney series Best disney movie per decade Top 10 disney reprise songs (deleted included) Top 10 disney villains that deserved a villain song Top 10 disney couples with a tough start (Both movies and tv-series) Top 10 what have I done moment excluding disney and pixar Top 10 disney movie ideas (by you) 👍😉
BJ: I'll see you back in the States, I promise. But just in case, I left you a note. To anyone who rode out the war at the 4077th, we'll never forget that last GOOD-BYE.
Breaking Bad has one of the best series finale of the last 11 years since the show ended. Next to Better Call Saul which also has a great series finale, and I will die on that hill.
Oh, I beg to differ on MASH. This finale was hyped as one of the biggest events in TV history even at the time, so there was no way it could possibly go too hard. And it never shied away from talking about the personal horrors of war and its impact. A more fitting one for this list would be The Big Bang Theory, a typically light-hearted show that never took itself too seriously. But I’ll be damned if every longtime viewer wasn’t in tears after Sheldon’s long-anticipated Nobel Prize speech.
“Didn’t have to go that Hard!” Is such a stupid thing to say imo. Especially when it’s coming from older people it’s always so weird like you’re trying way too hard and it’s 1000% “How do you do, fellow kids?”
What do you mean we don’t know Tony’s fate? The Sopranos finale ties back to what he says in episode 1 Season 1. The screen going black is a representation of Tony’s death. Everything goes black. Just like he said would happen.
The Killing Eve finale ruined the entire show for me, it was so bad and it only caused many questions, especially around Caroline. Killing the 11/eleven in just 1 minute also felt very anticlimactic.
They didn't even show WHY the MASH finale was so impactful. One of the main cast members gets on a helicopter home, and then a few scenes later while they're all in the operating room, hours from the war ending, the whole room gets told in dead silence the helicopter was shot down with no survivors. What a stupid way to end the video Mojo.
The ending of Supernatural. The boys finally got the rest they had long deserved, and the final scene with everyone in the bridge was a perfect ending!
The "Finale" episode was bullshit. HOWEVER! The episode right before it where they drive off into the sunset would have been PERFECT. I dunno why they did that to them XD
I pretend the final season of Killing Eve didn't exist, I pretend the end of the series is the end of season 3, there you would decide if they would stay together or if they would separate forever, not only was the ending of KE very bad, the entire season 4 was bad.
The Good Place is what I hope actually happens when we die. The idea of seeing loved ones again and being able to find peace you could never find on Earth is so comforting
Me too!!!
Me too!
For as hilarious and wild as the Good Place got, there were a few tear jerking moments during the series. One of my absolute favorite series of all time.
The Good Place is the best series finale ever. Chidi's wave monolgue is one of the greatest TV moments ever.
I cannot watch the finale of the good place without absolutely sobbing
This 90 second clip of The Good Place made me cry all over again!
Me too!
That lost finale hit different, realizing the church was the after life for Jack and then before Jack passes away, he sees the plane leaving and Vincent lays next to him in the final seconds
I know some people hate it, but it's my all-time favourite tv series finale.
oh my gosh. When Vincent laid next to Jack. I cried for days.
The finale of House MD made me cry. It somehow was exactly what I wanted and I also hate them for ending it that way. It was amazing.
I often make comparisons between Hannibal and Killing Eve, the two series are very similar, but Hannibal ended in a masterful way and Killing Eve did not, if Killing Eve had a "Hannibal" style ending it would be better for me.
Buffy the vampire slayers ending was epic
People say it's impossible to do a good ending to a series, but this list shows how good writers get it done.
Six Feet Under i think was the perfect finale. It wrapped everything up. We saw all their endings, and it felt completewaswas never left wanting for more. It felt like a proper ending.
I cried watching the supernatural ending 15 seasons of feeling like I watched Dean and Sam growing up and now the adventure is over
I remember watching "Blackadder Goes Forth" for my history class, and us all being shocked by the main characters rushing out into the battlefield, meeting their dooms.
The good place finale hit so hard. Was such an awesome idea and quite emotional. The whole concept was somehow comforting.
I’m going for the ultimate throwback, Full House finale hits hard. @@54raynor I just thought it was lovely how the family came together to help Michelle. It hit hard for me.
The Good Place finale is just an instant tear jerker for me, it is so well done and so moving and just all of the feels.
The good place final got in the feels which something that rarely happens to me
Blackadder's ending is sheer perfection. One of the best and saddest endings ever
I pretend the final season of Killing Eve didn't exist, I pretend the end of the series is the end of season 3, there you would decide if they would stay together or if they would separate forever, not only was the ending of KE very bad, the entire season 4 was bad.
The Good Place seasons 3 and 4 went way too hard. Iv'e never cried so hard than when I watched the series finale for that show
MASH lasted 11 seasons, nearly 4 times longer than the actual war
The end of Will Trent... still gets me. Such a good show with great characters, but that ending. Wow!
The Good Place had me just saying "No! Don't go!"
I know not too many people outside of the UK have seen this, but those that have seen Ashes to Ashes know that deserves to be up here 😢
I haven't watched all of these shows but all of these shows I've watched on this list are examples that some series do go out on a perfect note and leave the audience loving them all the more for it. The Dinosaurs finale should be on a list about a show being ahead of its time because, well, damn.
Scrubs season 8 finale was perfect!
The good place is so beautiful and I wish it’s what actually happens ❤
I feel like Blackadder is the DEFINITION of "they didn't have to go that hard", because no one would have batted an eyelid if the show had ended with Blackadder tricking his way out. The way they just said "no, that wasn't how this ended" was bold, heartbreaking and deeply respectful from an otherwise fundamentally silly and irreverent show.
The series finale of The Good Place is just perfect.
Man that Dinosaur show fascinated me as a kid- even though I would run for the hills if I'd ever see those customes in person.
The Shield S07E13 - “Family Meeting” is considered one of the best drama endings of all time.
Series Finale of Arrow, tore me up. Seeing Oliver make the ultimate sacrifice for the universe and his loved ones and seeing Felicity join him the afterlife after making sure her kids were set for life. Everything I didn’t know I needed.
Even just that clip you showed from “6 Feet Under” made me burst into tears.
Me too, me too.
Best ending of any show I’ve ever watched
One for the Babyboomers...... Series finale of British scifi show called Blakes 7 from 1970s. Fifty years later the shock at the end of that series still haunts me.
The finale of “White Collar” was quite good.
The last episode of Blackadder goes Forth is a song title (sounds like Good bye eeh) 'Wipe a tear, baby dear from your eye eeh'.
the Shield had one of the best ever
Quantum Leap. And Sam Beckett never returned home.
The first time i was ever betrayed by a show
Yeah, I agree. I was so mad what they did to Sam.
The six feet under finale was epic. Seeing Claire @ the end #🎉🎉🎉
Best ending ever imo
The finale of Wednesday. Happy saturday afternoon, Jen, take care and God bless you. Greetings from Colombia to you as well
Wednesday is having a season two.
@@abramsullivan7764 until then, the 1st season ending will be the most shocking to me (we'll see what happens on season 2)
I never commented on a Mojo video before, so this means things. How is the finale of Parenthood NOT in this compilation? It utterly destroyed me.
I agree !
I really believe that Tony died the moment the screen went black. We’ve been seeing everything through his eyes, and when it cuts out, it feels like that’s the end for him. The golden girls finale was really good
You left off the best television finale. The Leftovers was a brilliant series with a great ending.
No one ever talks about The Leftovers. Brilliant it was, indeed.
@@fernandocolunga9177it has a good ending for sure but I don’t think it would quite make my top ten
I know you guys try hard, but there are so many times you miss the point of like, every big show. Walter White wasn’t making amends. The series finale for Frasier was a good one. The series finale for Charmed & Angel were both good & underrated.
How is Friends not on this list?!
My thoughts exactly!
I still cry ugly at the end of Blackadder.
The end of Blackish when Dre and Bow decide to move and the whole neighborhood comes together to celebrate with them.
Medium had a great ending as well, loved that show!

My family just watched "The Great Mouse Detective" by the way. It's good.
24 Live Another Day (2014) Had a Good Finale In my opinion even If Jack Bauer surrenders to the Russians at the end
I wish you'd included Derry Girls at least as an honorary mention. That finale wrecked me.
How the finale of Newhart didn’t make the list baffles me.
How is "Six Feet Under" not number 1 and "The Good Place" number two
BJ: I'll see you back in the States, I promise. But just in case, I left you a note.
To anyone who rode out the war at the 4077th, we'll never forget that last GOOD-BYE.
Yay, new video
Baby Sinclair: NOT THE MOMMA!
Haha 😂 I remember that. Loved baby Sinclair, no-one expected that ending
Breaking Bad has one of the best series finale of the last 11 years since the show ended. Next to Better Call Saul which also has a great series finale, and I will die on that hill.
Yeah both have two of the top ten endings I’ve ever watched. Idk how they pulled off two masterful series like that.
Oh, I beg to differ on MASH.

The Killing Eve finale ruined the entire show for me, it was so bad and it only caused many questions, especially around Caroline. Killing the 11/eleven in just 1 minute also felt very anticlimactic.
Blackadder’s ending is so so good. I cry everytime.
What the heck? What happened to the big C? I cried my ass off during that finale.
The "Blackadder" ending is perfect. 😔
Parks and Rec’s finale was better than The Office’s. And Killing Eve’s finale was terrible.
The series finale of Babylon 5.
Six feet under should be no 1 it's the best finale ever
The breaking bad series finale is the best series finale in my opinion
RIP Golden Girls 🕊️
Barry was a such a sad finale
Barry had a good finale I agree
Felina in Breaking Bad was well written; it was difficult to see Walter dying in a room how he started his drug business
So glad I purposely skipped over the #3 finale for this comment.
Dinosaurs was not a children's show
Honestly I have so many problems w the Office finale. Still solid, but just not what i wanted
The only shows I've seen was sopranos and breaking bad
Ironically, the last episode was the only one of Dinosaurs I liked.😅 Sorry y'all.
Burn Notice should have been on here
St Elsewhere...
That scene did happen, but it happened long before the series finale. Nonetheless, you're right - it was very sad and impactful.
You're conflating two episodes.
MASH was on some other shit.
Glee
sons of anarchy should be in the top 5
Agreed!!! 5th best ending I’ve seen in tv
ATLA
