  • What a beautiful Sunday it has been! I hope you’ve all been enjoying the rays!
    This what I eat in a day video is based on an ‘SP' day on Slimming World. I really enjoyed filming last weeks video so I wanted to do another, adapted to the SP plan.
    SP can be really confusing to get your head around at first but I hope this video helps if you are in need of some ideas or inspiration while on plan. I LOVE creating Slimming World content, it is my absolute passion. If there are any other types of SW videos you'd like me to film, please let me know in the comments below!
    With regards to yoghurt, you can have Fat-free natural GREEK yoghurt & Fat-free natural SKYR.

    A little tip with the wraps for you hun, if you put grease proof paper between each wrap then freeze them, they just come off the grease proof paper really easy. They don’t get all stuck together. Xx

    You can have yogurt on SP as long as you deduct it from your 10 syn daily allowance. You can't have natural yogurt because it is a free food but you can have 0% fat Greek yogurt as part of SP. All flavoured yogurts need to be synned x

    You can have yogurt, you can have the Yeo valley 0% thick yogurt (its listed a P!) - However this vid is older so it probably wasn’t a thing back when this was filmed. I was releived as I have it with speed fruit as a treat! You explain it really well. I do really enjoy your SW videos. Thanks for sharing

    Little tip put your silicon pans on a baking tray before you start to fill them much easier and safer getting them in and out of the oven. A lot of silicon bake ware can go into the freezer.

PS while watching this I munched on some jelly grapes, you’re right they are sooo good but obviously not for my SP days. Can’t wait for your next video xx

    Hi Chloe, thank you for making SP really easy to follow , never did quite get it but I do now 😀 here’s a game changer for you if you like quark. Add a little sugar free dilute juice to make a fruit flavoured yoghurt type desert. Also the quark and it chic is always better the following day nomnom 😋

    I lost 3 stone in 4 months doing the old SP every other week. I have no idea why they've stopped the extra hex b and added another hex a.

      I am not sure either, I guess they probably did testing around it. If the old plan worked for you then I would just say carry on doing it! Xx

    Hiya..can.i Just ask..you mentioned yoghurt is not on the SP plan..could you use your syn allowance to have it..or is yoghurt not allowed x

    Loved this video! I’m currently on my SW journey, nearly at my stone award. I’ve been wanting to know more about SP but haven’t really received any info about it so found this really helpful! You look amazing. How much did you lose with SW? My overall loss goal is 3st 10.5lbs! Feels like forever away at the minute! Xx

I lost 4 stone with SW. At the start I felt the same, felt like it was unachievable and miles away but keep pushing through and you will reach it! The plan is fab and has changed my life!     I’m on day 6 of my first SP week in years. I’ve been struggling with EE for a while so thought SP was just an extra level of difficult but actually, changing it up has helped me re-focus, i think I’m on track for a good loss and I’m so excited to go back to EE i think it will keep me on plan for the long run! x

    Hi Chloe, you are a diamond. Ive learnt more from you than I did the whole time i went to SW. I didnt know how to make the hunters chicken or how to do the carrots. You pack your day with healthy yet enjoyable foods to eat, including your sweet and treats. Unbelievable lady. I hope you got slimmer of the year just for your enthusiasm. Thank you hun. Xx

    Could you prepare the quiche in advance and keep
    In the fridge? Presumably you could have the chicken on a roll instead or pitta and have cold and not cook if you at work. I know you say you can’t have yoghurt on SP days does that include the fat free Greek style which has a P symbol next to it. Thank you. As usual you are amazing xx

      Hi Sue, Yes I don't see why not!! Sounds like a fab idea! I am not sure as this video was a while ago I think the rules may have slightly changed when it comes to yoghurt and SP etc, I am not 100% sure, I am sorry!     thanks so much for the information - im currently looking into SP to help boost my weight loss and give me some motivation but because of lockdown, i cant get a proper consultation with my advisor so im kind of going in blind - PS why are you on slimming world? you definately dont need it x

      @@melissaa4168 Have you tried roasting veggies? Get a baking tray and spray with fry light, scatter chunks of peppers, aubergine, courgettes etc, or whatever veggies you like (pumpkin or butternut squash really good at this time of year). Season with salt and pepper and spray again. Bake for about half an hour at 200 C.

    Great video, with lots of great tips for sp meals. I first started SW in august last year I used the six wk diary pages to detail everything & since use the weekly diary sheets. Another 7lbs will have lost 3st. However liked the diary you showed as you can look back & see clearly what worked-meal planning, weight etc so ordered the refill pages, as already have a binder. Think this will certainly help me reach my goal. Many thanks Ali 😊

Good luck for your journey, I didn't do any exercise at the start when I lost the initial 4 stone I have started to do a bit now to just tone and tighten really and to help my mental health but it wasn't a necessity for my weight loss if that makes sense xxx

    Hi chloe. Love your videos. They changed SP a few months ago. You can have yoghurt on SP now. You can have fat-free natural Greek yoghurt and fat free natural Skyre. They are both a protein food. X

    Do you know why the butternut squash chips come up as free and not speed on the app?? I’ve looked at the ingredients and it is literally butternut squash🤣 as in no flour etc xx

    Which section of Sainsbury’s did you get the butternut squash lattice things please? I recently started working in a Sainsbury’s last week and tried to have a cheeky look for them on today’s shift and I was unsuccessful 😂🤦‍♀️xx

    Hi Chloe. Just found your channel. Some great ideas for meals, love the look of squaffles and Hasselbeck carrots. I think the SW pack has a separate book dedicated to SP, saves you digging through the Food Optimising book for SP info. You can't have natural fat free yogurts on SP, but you can have the flavoured fat free ones as they have syns. ❤

    The wraps probably bit dearer because they are gluten free I noticed but you can freeze wraps

      I didn't realise - I will avoid buying the gluten free ones again and save them for those who actually need the gluten free stuff during this pandemic. I will just hunt down the WW ones haha! But yes, I need to start to freeze my wraps to save them going off as quick! Thank you for your suggestion. Xxx

    The information is not correct about yoghurt. You absolutely CAN have yoghurt on an SP day 🙄. Greek yoghurt is a P food so that’s completely fine and if you want to eat a flavoured yoghurt, that is also fine as you’d just syn it. Where Chloe is probably confusing herself is yoghurt didn’t used to be allowed as it USED to be a free food and on SP, you cannot syn a free food. But as flavoured yoghurt is all synned now it’s absolutely allowed in the 10 syn limit.

      No, I know you’re not a consultant hun. Just thought I’d mention it for others so they’re aware. (Your comments in the description are correct in that you can have Greek and Skyr fat free but you can have ANY yoghurt go just as long as it’s synned accordingly). Anyway you’re doing a great job, send a few of your vids, they’re really good!
