Just grab an emulator for PS2 or even better GC/Wii(Dolphin) and find yourself version of Undercover for these and you can play at 2x resolution with grip looks and high framerate on your pc. Even if it isnt too powerful it should easily run the game atleast in Dolphin(use GameCube controler and disable Wiimote in the controller configuration, you will have the best control scheme and analog triggers)

Eclipse GT manual transmission owner tapping in, I have literally no idea why the hell they did that. Fourth and fifth in my car are nothing like that. It didn't do that in Most Wanted or Carbon so I honestly have no clue what they were smoking when they set those ratios up
My favorite part about all of this is the detail in the gear shifting. You hear the player pushing on the clutch and swiftly shifting up or down along with the kerchunk or click nose it's so damn good I wish more games would utilize this detail. You don't see it anymore along with the spooling of the turbos/superchargers

Because that is just a cheap rushed adaptation made to earn money from PS2 plataform, also Mclaren F1, Bugatti and others cars are missing too. This version its just a modified NFS Most Wanted/ Carbon.
With the Mitsubishi Eclipse I made a police officer turn around too many times just because I crashed into him at full speed, well, I was 7 years old when I did that. 😅
It's a hidden car, they couldn't properly model it and because of bugs and deadlines, it's only available with cheat codes, debug menu or in multiplayer mode as they haven't hide it there
It was an unfinished car model so at the last moment they decided to hide this car in game files and make it unavailable for the player besides of few debug presets used in multiplayer mode and sometimes as opponent's car during random races
