Even sometimes the clips that come on bread bags cause trouble for those who have severe arthritis. My aunt had trouble with things like that because of her arthritis.

An easier way would be put the unbuttered sandwich inside, then put the knive in and spread butter on either side while its in the bag as putting a oppositely buttered sandwich in a bag was messy
U can make cheese between the bread then put into bag then into toaster, it'll work just great n melt the cheese while toasting the bread. These also work for French fries
