Guess I'll post something for everyone to consider before commenting something ridiculous, whether this is read or not. 1. It has not been 2 years, you are all forgetting the fact that after 0.4 came out, Xtale was scheduled to be animated, and to be frankly clear, the time it took to do 11 episodes of Xtale is phenomenal with how much time animating takes, so don't forget Xtale before you complain about that. 2. The length is 22 minutes yes, animating is a difficult task that requires a LOT of time, and overall a lot of mental state, and patience to do. Jakei is a human being, and can only do so much for so long before needing a break, personally I think the duration for 0.5 was perfect, and set the story onward perfectly, also longer animations tend to have people complaining because of how long it is, and thinking it was a movie. 3. No, it is not going to take 2 years for 0.6 and on from that, you're just being ignorant with the fact that Xtale exists to, again, animating is difficult, at most it could take up to 6-12 months or longer for another episode to release, try animating and see how long it takes for a single well detailed frame like the quality Jakei does. Hope some people take this comment into consideration before commenting something that makes themselves look like a complete moron with how ignorant they are. Thanks.

It might take two years if he tried to make an episode that was maybe 40 minutes long, but since it's only twenty I'd have to guess that this took maybe around 10 months? Edit: I just scrolled through Jael's videos and found episode 4, and I can see why people say it's been two years. For those who didn't watch Jael's spoiler vids. Episode 4 of underverse was posted on the twenty-ninth of July of 2018. It's not the sixteenth of December during 2020. I have not watched Jael's spoiler's (If I need to clear what I mean by that, I mean the livestreams he did while animating Episode 5.), so it actually has been One year, and 141 days. If you actually want to know how long it's been in just days, it's exactly 506 days since episode 4 came out.

The way you built up to the twist and got me to root for Chara and Error, and now how we see that Ink legitimately doesn't even care about the people he hurt and who died because of him... Let's be honest, the best part of this series is how everybody is in-character. Most fanworks suffer because the characters don't act like their normal selves but this series nails it and is a gem because of it.
Listen, when I first played Undertale and heard about the AUs I wasn’t interested in whatever they had to offer. I glanced at a few animations here and there, but nothing ever got me to stick around… But here I am in 2022 just finally getting on board and in line with these stories and my gosh it is so refreshing to see such detailed animation and story arcs brought to life with such passion. I’m thrilled to be here, even after so long, and although it took me years to come around to the AUs im glad I’ve made it. The work this channel has put into these pieces is amazing and the praise you receive is well deserved. I am truly mesmerized by it all, it inspires me to make art again and to finally put effort and time into the things I love as well. That all being said I first played Undertale when I was 18-19 and I’m 25 now, it takes a lot to make me feel as enchanted as I did when I was a kid now that I’m this far along into adulthood. (Which truly isn’t that far in retrospect but each year past 16 starts to feel like adding 5yrs and doubled to 10yrs after 20.) These stories combining what I’ve known from the game vs a multitude of layers I’ve yet to uncover from the stories everyone else has written is invigorating and truly something I’ve long waited for. I hope a bunch of you who are long time fans remember how wonderful it is to be passionate about these stories and to be fans (not fanatics) of these animations. I hope you remember what it’s like to feel the way I feel right now, and that if you’re coming back after a long time, that you get excited and really appreciate the time and effort it took Jael* to do this work! This isn’t an easy task, and it takes so much determination**** (legitimately) to continue on after so many years! A small detail I think a lot of people missed: At 9:11 XGaster looks at his hand and smiles to himself which looks like he's just being egotistical as always, but this is actually a reference to XTale X at 2:30 when he literally sees his future (you can see in the background it's raining and his hand changes to a more claw like form) so he's happy because the future he saw in XTale X finally came to fruition. Fun stuff!

Well it’s 2023 now and I just started watching this, and honestly I like the concept of the whole series with all the sanses and everything. I mean, the animation itself is smooth, the plot is amazing! This is like one of those things that I can watch daily and enjoy very much. Anyways, i just wanted to give a big thanks to all the people who contributed in this series, who have worked really hard to put this together. i'm revisiting it now. it was amazing then and its still amazing now. I can't believe its been two years since this particular episode came out. it feels like a couple months ago
Not gonna lie I'm still surprised the creator/animator of this series still has the motivation to continue the series, despite the deep lore (that some creators/animators can relate to) and the complaints that they get about being too slow in making the series. It's genuinely surprising that someone would go this far to continue a series even if it's being rushed by others, This person deserves more. Even if a whole group of people are helping it's still really impressive.
It’s not just one person anymore, it’s a team of passionate individuals and friends working on this. Along with thousands more supporting them from the sidelines. Yeah, there are some who rush them. But they’ve been dealing with that since ep 1 and they have friends to help them out. It’s amazing what a truly passionate community can create despite the odds

Undertale was a massive part of so many peoples childhood. The game, the music, the art, the comics, the stories, everything! It’s honestly amazing how far it’s come. Sans is one of the few indie game characters with a mii costume in smash! For reference, the only other characters that got that was Shovel Knight which was one of the 1st indie games that got Mainstream. And Cuphead, who has their own TV show now! The fact that an Undertale character is on par with that level of success from just 1 game and spin off is just, holy crap!

He got killed off very quickly but I believe it was was because he was not in his NEO form that kills humans unlike Xmettaton who was designed with the idea of combat
He regrets of what he had done in the past. Frisk tries to offered help to him but he refused. He has a second chance to win the war, which does makes sense because the UT gang is trying to save their universe. There is a possibility that "They almost lose the battel but they completely win the war".
It’s probably because of how quickly xgaster managed to take out swap and fell and don’t forget xgaster was alone and now he has a whole crew with him, plus sans saw him take out swap and fell
Well your kinda right but there are a few things that will aid them even if they won’t win they still have dream, epic , cross , and error might even intervene and a few others Edit: we’ve seen chara but not in action we’ve also seen that frisk will encounter Xgaster again and they might fight (keep in mind in the intro frisk was using the SAVE button). sans also hasn’t done anything yet because of his sadness and regret holding him back and everyone in the Omega timeline.
I genuinely found the parts where Frisk was conversion with Chara VERY interesting. In my mind, I'm seeing it as an internal discussion with Chara in their mind. I have a similar sort of concept in my own stories, my main OC sometimes talking to the being whose soul resides alongside his own, and then the second one as well when he gets that one later on, too. I'm curious to know if that's what the concept is, because if so, I LOVE it! And it's also cool that I'm seeing that in a vastly different story. This is such incredible animation and artwork to witness, and I truly love how well-done it is! This literally is as fluid as the scenarios I play out in my head like a movie, and that's saying something! I've watched 0.6 by now, of course, but wanted to comment here because of my interest and fascination with Frisk and Chara conversing like they were. It's a very intriguing dynamic, and I'm starting to wonder if Chara will be "let loose" to deal with the threat of XGaster.

Honestly; falling into the undertale multiverse hole from replaying the game wasn't too big of a mistake. This whole fan lore is actually pretty cool; especially the whole idea of 1 person(s) all working together to save the fate of one another. Had more people known about this stuff, it would honestly make a kick ass show.

Well it’s 2023 now and I just started watching this, and honestly I like the concept of the whole series with all the sanses and everything. I mean, the animation itself is smooth, the plot is amazing! This is like one of those things that I can watch daily and enjoy very much. Anyways, i just wanted to give a big thanks to all the people who contributed in this series, who have worked really hard to put this together. There is like only 3 people working on this, and jael is the only one that is responsible for animation. I cannot praise her enough for that.

Not gonna lie I'm still surprised the creator/animator of this series still has the motivation to continue the series, despite the deep lore (that some creators/animators can relate to) and the complaints that they get about being too slow in making the series. It's genuinely surprising that someone would go this far to continue a series even if it's being rushed by others, This person deserves more. Even if a whole group of people are helping it's still really impressive.
It’s not just one person anymore, it’s a team of passionate individuals and friends working on this. Along with thousands more supporting them from the sidelines.
Yeah, there are some who rush them. But they’ve been dealing with that since ep 1 and they have friends to help them out. It’s amazing what a truly passionate community can create despite the odds

Undertale was a massive part of so many peoples childhood. The game, the music, the art, the comics, the stories, everything!
It’s honestly amazing how far it’s come.
Sans is one of the few indie game characters with a mii costume in smash! For reference, the only other characters that got that was Shovel Knight which was one of the 1st indie games that got Mainstream. And Cuphead, who has their own TV show now! The fact that an Undertale character is on par with that level of success from just 1 game and spin off is just, holy crap!

He regrets of what he had done in the past. Frisk tries to offered help to him but he refused. He has a second chance to win the war, which does makes sense because the UT gang is trying to save their universe. There is a possibility that "They almost lose the battel but they completely win the war".
It’s probably because of how quickly xgaster managed to take out swap and fell and don’t forget xgaster was alone and now he has a whole crew with him, plus sans saw him take out swap and fell

Well your kinda right but there are a few things that will aid them even if they won’t win they still have dream, epic , cross , and error might even intervene and a few others
Edit: we’ve seen chara but not in action we’ve also seen that frisk will encounter Xgaster again and they might fight (keep in mind in the intro frisk was using the SAVE button). sans also hasn’t done anything yet because of his sadness and regret holding him back and everyone in the Omega timeline.
'Bad time intensifies'
I genuinely found the parts where Frisk was conversion with Chara VERY interesting. In my mind, I'm seeing it as an internal discussion with Chara in their mind. I have a similar sort of concept in my own stories, my main OC sometimes talking to the being whose soul resides alongside his own, and then the second one as well when he gets that one later on, too. I'm curious to know if that's what the concept is, because if so, I LOVE it! And it's also cool that I'm seeing that in a vastly different story. This is such incredible animation and artwork to witness, and I truly love how well-done it is! This literally is as fluid as the scenarios I play out in my head like a movie, and that's saying something! I've watched 0.6 by now, of course, but wanted to comment here because of my interest and fascination with Frisk and Chara conversing like they were. It's a very intriguing dynamic, and I'm starting to wonder if Chara will be "let loose" to deal with the threat of XGaster.
Well since frisk hasn’t done a genocide route in that timeline, chara is not as strong as some would think.

Honestly; falling into the undertale multiverse hole from replaying the game wasn't too big of a mistake.
