No wonder lots of request, sweet and delicious! "Sweet lady" cake recipe, soft & melted in mouth

Hi... this time I made "sweet lady" cake, one of Indonesian street food. It is soft, combined with the sweet pandan and savory coconut milk, delicious, you must try it.
I use blender and hand mixer from Mito (shp.ee/hix5vgk). The beautiful non-sticky steamer wok from Stein (shp.ee/2ahquc4).
In this recipe, I use original coconut milk. Thick coconut milk can be made from shredded coconut and water with 1:1 comparison (suppose the shredded coconut weight is 550 gr, the water shall be 550 ml). For the light coconut milk, I reused the earlier shredded coconut, added with water again.
Sweet Lady Cake Recipe

Yields 12 pcs of big mold and 10 pcs small mold.
Ingredients A:
- 8 sheets of pandan leaf
- 200 ml light coconut milk
- 50 gr sugar
- 30 gr cornstarch
- half tsp salt
Ingredients B:
- 100 gr sugar
-1 egg
- 150 gr all purpose flour
- 250 ml thick coconut milk
Ingredients C:
- 300 ml thick coconut milk
- 30 gr all purpose flour
- half tsp salt
Coconut Milk Preparation:
- 600 gr (1.5 pcs) shredded coconut
- 550 ml water
- 200 ml water
❤️ Mix shredded coconut with 550 ml water, knead it so that the extract comes out, then strain it until we get 550 ml of coconut milk. This is to be used in ingredients B and C.
❤️ Mix the used shredded coconut earlier with 200 ml of water, knead it and strain until we get 200 ml of coconut milk, to be used in ingredients A.
If you use instant coconut milk:
- Ingredients A: Use only water or mix with some instant coconut)
- Ingredients B: 200 ml instant coconut milk and 50 ml water
- Ingredients C: 200ml instant coconut milk and 100 ml water
