Supa nice job 👍👍👍 One thing though is another video I saw on this recommended having a priming pump since the lines were cracked, ether was mentioned but not the recommendation. You didn't seem to cover that. What did you have to do?
Hear ya on the freakin labor charges!!! Same way. Even bought dealer level software. Like $10,000 worth that’s already paid for itself with this after treatment BS!! Recently got some quotes for a head gasket. 8600!! Top line, labor $6,000!!! Guess ill be doing that in the driveway too. UGH!!!!
Boss I believe one of the 10mm is stripped on one of the seals I was cleaning the engine a bit I checking bolts and one turns and turn it don’t bottom out all others are tight as they should hoe can I fix it or I need to take it to the shop thank you in advance also I’m driving a 2019 Frieghliner cascadia dd15
@@truckerslife1013 I was doing one where the engine is buried in the cab ... and boy was I in over my head! The people who have me doing it gave me crows foot to use instead of the actual fuel line socket boy was I pissed off that day ! Boss what about replacing that black plug above it what’s the name of that plug going in the engine mine is leaking a bit but from the one closest to the cab
@@truckerslife1013 mines I believe leaks a bit can I just take it out and put a new seal or something please if you make a video on how to fix that leak inside the plug it’s clean but around it it’s where I see a bit of oil coming thru
That's your injector harness. You can use carb cleaners for the outside before unhooking the harness from the side of engine. If you have oil on the inside of the big harness plastic bolt you need to clean it out good and get you another o-ring and medal clip that attaches to harness. If you don't the oil will bleed through the harness from the engine down to your ecm and destroy your computer..
Keep it going weldone
@@eyobnegasi7995 thank you

There is a thing, it's called heli coil. Its placed inside the stripped hole to create threads for the bolt.
Your best
Thank you bro

How you bleed the system after open the fuel rail?..
You dont have to bleed the system. You only have to prime the system if you replace the fuel filters
good stuff.
Good work!
Thank you . I appreciate that

Did you have to replace the o rings also?
No sir. There aren't any
But when ever there is a o-ring, good idea to replace them

Yes. You just have to remove a few more fuel lines to access the seal
