the admissions are mostly closed for this year. but you could make sure by mailing the university's admissions office. cos as far as i know admissions ended back in the end of august

The university’s abroad (especially here in russia) open in September so they aptly start admissions earlier. We being the international applicants should know about dates, cos it’s not just people from India applying.
