that a 3 inch lift?? my procomp lift kit looks like that on my fj. i will be getting after market UCAs, and will be installing a 2inch front spacer lift. doing my own body mount chop for them 35s
You’ll have to cut some plastic as well but you should be able to massage them, I’ve never put them on without a lift so hard to say what will need cut
Thanks just put 35’s on my fj and I needed to do this!
Awesome! These came out really clean after the new plate was welded in
Are 35s ..315 necessary to fold the pinch welds? Aggresive mts?? Toytech 3 inch coilover...no uograde to UCA
With 35s yes we had to massage and cut some
Are they 295/17?! Offset?! Any spacers?!Thanks In advanced
I have 275/70/17 and they rub. Will 3" lift help or I still will need the BMC ?
You shouldn’t need to BMC but sometimes variations truck to truck can require it if you’re off roading much
Mine is a 2011 I have 285/70/17 with no rubbing and no lift
@Jerrymc1975 stock or aftermarket wheels?
Do you have spacers fitted?
Sold that one a long while ago, I believe it did have 1” spacers
Cool set of tires. How wide are they?
Pretty sure those were 12s but it’s been a while since we sold that one

Not a bad job at all, yessir 3”
@@crutchfieldautomotive7936 how much of the body mount do i need to get rid of??
I took about a 2.5” diagonal off. I just looked where my setup was rubbing and marked what needed cut off to clear
What lift kit does it have?
That one was on a toytec lift if I recall, it had total chaos UCAs.
@@crutchfieldautomotive7936 dude you responded before I even finished the video! Thank you!!
@@crutchfieldautomotive7936 how mani inches was it?
Ha, I happened to hop on at the right time 😂
I have another video showing this one off I think I show the lift a bit better on that one
What size tires?
33”
Thanks for the refrence
@@djjenkins6356 no problem!
Can I put a 33 or 35 tires on 17 rims, if I have original suspension? 🤔
33 will rub some for sure, 35s are going to be hard to drive if not impossible to fit on stock
But if I'll do body mount chop, could fit on 33 tires
