I MISS JEJU OMGG!! Never tried summer but perhaps I might go back in summer! I miss the wide open oceans...so glad to have discovered your channel! Much love from your fellow Singaporean ~
Oh wow, looks so fun! So how do you get a taxi there? I don't speak Korean and wondering if it's easy or difficult to get around when you don't know Korean. Hoping to visit someday and I'll definitely need English menus.
Hi! It was VERY fun! We booked taxi using the Kakao T app, u just have to set it up by linking it to a Kakao Talk account. From my experience majority of the locals know how to speak english/ chinese! Also you could totally download the google translate app because my bf and I used the picture function to translate menus and korean text to english!
I will be traveling to Jeju in April and I can't decide whether to do an airbnb in one place for the 7 days and use the bus/taxi to tour the island, or am I better off moving around to different hotels. Also, did you have a preference or have a favorite part of the island? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.💐🕊💐
hi! If you are planning to drive around Jeju it’s pretty convenient to get to all parts of the island! Travelling by bus is way cheaper than renting a car but it will take up a chunk of your time for the whole day. Personally I really liked the South part so I think you should totally check out the food places and the scenery! Otherwise u can visit some of the places I went in my vlog especially the food places! They were SO GOOD! Hope this helps!
Hi! Which restaurants are u referring to specifically? If its just a general question, most restaurants accept both cash & card payments from what I experience!
Hi chance upon your channel so what the frequency of the bus like example bus 201 and other bus that go to the tea museum thanks appreciate it because I was thinking of taking public transport for solo trip on Sep
@@junyan858 hi! My experience when i was there the range was around 30mins-2hrs. It depends on how popular the bus is too... But im not really sure either! We just depended on the sign boards at the bus stops to tell us the estimated time because it was very accurate!
Hi Germaine thanks for the realistic info at least I can have some sort of expectation on the bus and thanks for the advise would like to ask let say 3 might do U suggest stay in Jeju city or seogwipo? Have a good day
hi! this is the link of the chicken restaurant on Google Maps! You can find them on the Naver app too (which was how I found the restaurant) maps.app.goo.gl/6k347hX1Tt9Un7t27?g_st=it
Hi! I don't specifically recall taking bus 201 or 202 but most of the public buses are huge coaches! So they have luggage storage on the side of the busses! If it reassures you, I did put my luggage on one of the busses i took from Jeju airport!
Thank you :) Not all of them understand English... maybe some basic phrases? If you speak Chinese you can try because I found out that quite a few can speak the language! I also used the Google Translate app if really necessary. The picture function was useful for translating food packaging, menus and signages!
Wow this place is beautiful!
Wah I freaking love this video !!!!
Awesome i was at the same tea field i think. and snoopy garden also. but i missed a lot of things. it was so great there i miss Jeju

@@germainelee Hi! A general question. Thank you!
At Tuesday night Dinner what is the location of the restaurant you eat the BBQ
Hello! Can I check are the taxi rides expensive? 🥹
Hi! I would say they are not and are quite decently priced, but if you want to save more like me, public transport is your best friend :)
Hey what is the place tagged 집바랑비치 - can't find it online
Hi! Try searching cafe jinbaran beach! I don't have the link to the place on Naver because I chanced upon this irl!
Hi can I ask if you travelled purely by public transport? Was there a need to hire a private driver for the trip :)?
yep! we took the bus and sometimes taxi using the Kakao T app, otherwise we walked haha. we did not hire private drivers.
@@germainelee thank you 🥰

Hi, may I know if you have seen anyone taking big luggage on bus especially the express bus, bus 201 or bus 202? TQ.

hello can i know the name of your hotel?
Hotel Winstory! You can book them from Airbnb, which is what I did! 😊
Nice vlog, do they speak English or you have to use translate? Cuz I don’t know korean language 🥲
