Hundreds of Arizona foster kids relocating after group home contacts are not renewed

The Arizona Department of Child Safety is relocating hundreds of foster kids after not renewing contracts to over a dozen group homes.

Sounds like to me that other larger centers are pushing out smaller ones all in the name of money. The other concept is these type of situations which provide a safe environment for kids should be looking at alternatives to try and stay open. Or even if they are denied to try and help the kids to be able to transition to a new safe environment. As when it is said and done that should be the entire goal of providing a loving and safe environment for the kids to go to.

This is HORRIBLE for those children. If those centers haven’t violated laws & policies the ONLY LOGICAL REASON THEY’RE BEING SHUT DOWN IS BECAUSE OF MONEY!!! Other foster centers with deeper pockets & or with a longer reach want those kids solely for the state benefits & MONEY is & will ALWAYS BE the #1 reason!!!!!!
