I bought this a few weeks ago after researching features, price, and style. The Q20 really is a great value compared to the trendy, higher-dollar moped-style bikes. I’m getting really decent range (>20 miles, throttle only) and speeds averaging around 27mph. I’m 6’1” and about 170lbs. The suspension isn’t great….front forks (mine are non adjustable) bottom out on rough terrain and the rear mono-shock is so stiff it isn’t effective. The hydraulic brakes are really decent. My brakes did make some noise until I had about 100 miles on it. I have 3 motorcycles so I’m very aware of stopping expectations on anything two-wheeled and these on the Ridstar do a good job. Overall, this bike is a bargain. I paid under $1k and I’m happy with it.
I am buying this Bike in Aug and I am also getting upgrades to increase the speed to 55 MPH. Upgrades Rear wheel electric hub motor kit, controller s900 panel rear throttle kit 72v 3,000 w, 72v triangle battery for a 3,000 w motor. That will increase the speed of this bike between 55 to 60 MPH. It will cost $1,000 in parts but way worth it.
How good was the Ebike shipped and packaged? was anything broken when it arrived (worst case) (it happens a lot in Ebike Land) How comfortable would you say the seat and suspension really are? (because not every Ebike is using the exact dual suspension parts, let's face it)
Just a word of caution for any one looking at buying this bike. I've had my Ridstar Q20 for about a week now and the one I was shipped is slightly different then what some youtubers have. Mine does not have the adjustable front shock forks and mine cant go over 26MPH (yes I cranked up the speed setting and current to full 20A). The motor part number is different on mine then B Rich Solution. Also my battery doesn't match the photos in the ad, they show it having a USB port. Can you check the part number on your motor?

The Ebike came perfectly intact, only adjustments I had to do was fix the shifting to be more smooth. Everything else is good so far

Yes, but only if you went around 15-25mph but if you went 30 the entire time the battery would run out faster
