Absolutely nothing wrong with lootboxes when done right. Overwatch does it 100% correct. Haven't spent a dime on them and I have just about everything I'd want from that game.
All they had to do, was remaster the original battlefront II... That's it! It's like someone doing your homework for you & you deicide fuck it I'll make it up as I go!
GUNDAM!!!! Keep up the good work, you deserve more views! But yeah you're right. It didn't help that shit ass Disney brought back servers for the og one, almost like they did damage control before this new one came out hmmmm lol.
22:30 this kind of menu flow is 100% designed to force you to see the shop as many times as possible so you finally break and buy something. I hate scummy corporate designed shit.
I wasn't even mad I bought that first game for $40 and played it once with my friend. It was just okay but nothing I wanted to keep playing. I liked BF2 on OG Xbox. This sounds like a Free-to-play game but more boring
New June 27th 2019 edit below. Original comment: It’s a shame that the story feels like fan fiction. I listen to Podcast Unlocked and one of the writers of Battlefront 2’s campaign, Mitch Dyer, seemed like a nice guy who means well and unapologetically loves Star Wars. He left IGN and moved to Canada to go write the story for this game. I actually got excited when I heard he was one of the writers, I thought that at the very least the story should have been good if not decent. :/ As for the micro transactions, this is really worrying how hard EA is pushing them. I’m worried that Anthem, which feels like Bioware’s last shot before EA closes them down, will be littered with it. Mass Effect: Andromeda’s multiplayer already had them but you could easily ignore them there, and I was playing it for the single player stuff so I rarely noticed it, but in the off chance we get another Mass Effect then just how in your face will the micro transactions be in that, both in the multiplayer and single player? And then there’s Titanfall 3. Man, that’s just gonna be full of them. Respawn and Bioware are pretty much the only things EA have that I’m actively interested in, and I just know they’re going to run them into the ground with micro transaction galore. Edit: So I finally finished Star Wars Battlefront 2's campaign, both the original campaign and the Resurrection campaign. I finished it 3 hours ago and I've already forgotten most of it. However I do remember saying to myself, multiple times, "Man this is mediocre". It was such a paint-by-numbers story, all the characters are kinda one note. It was so bland and forgettable. I very rarely say this, but I feel confident I could have come up with a better story. Do not buy this game for the campaign. There are better shooter campaigns out there.
I’m sure he probably wrote an interesting story, but then EA and Disney read it and went, “Wait, where is Luke? Where is Rey?? We have a fuckin movie coming out man, get the faces that everyone knows in there!”
I think they do a better job of characterizing the First Order as having been in sleeper cells until episode 7. But that's legit the only part I remember and think positively of lol.
Basically, yeah. I sometimes upload long clips like this one, and it feels like crossing some invisible line to upload 35 minutes of the video. I considered going over to video when they began recording the Bombcast, but it would mean that I wouldn't feel good about uploading longer clips.
threat status: still
I just finished listening to this, you could not have chosen a better picture to convey his feelings on this
meissnerd To be fair, I feel like that picture can represent a lot of his opinions.
Loot Crates have to be the 'PLEASE STOP!' winner this year, it's not even a competition.
As someone who's bought plenty of overwatch boxes and might be part of the problem: 100%, no doubt or anything that even gets close
I've bought 3 on Rainbow 6 Siege. Fuck me.... ON HATS!!!! NO LESS!!!

When governments start trying to stop it you immediately win that.
Never bought a lootcrate, I've used my money in some freemium games like star wars angry birds, and infinity blade 3 a few years ago

I'm not going to ignore that Jeff literally said "The Memes of production" like everyone else did.
More like it was such a good pun it stopped all side convos
someone said Myggen fell off in a video made by someone else, and now you are proving them wrong lol
31:25 I love this little bit, everything here is great I love Jeff.
Roger Roger
EA and Disney are the only ones that would click dislike on this video
2017 was the worst year ever for Star Wars AND Mass Effect.
i love this man.... :)))
i love you
Lol I remember this episode

stop buying it stops happening the end
“Need For Speed sure seems like it’s been a fucking Ghost”
I don’t think Jeff even did that on purpose

Mitch Dyer was involved with this? Man, that sucks. Feel bad for him.

Hey microtransactions are gone, updates free, the game is playable and if you like Clone Wars you are gonna like this game, but for a couple of hours.
Clone Wars is one of two movies I've walked out on.
@@jonasking9587 I personally really like that one but the TV show is way better and builds the characters.
@@AlexFurry there's characters in The Clone Wars? I thought they were all just lightsabers...
@@jonasking9587 lol
The threat status has never been more still.
why don't you upload the video version?
I imagine it's because GB officially puts up the VODs of the Bombcast.

Man Ben is really really not funny.
