Try this in the game console: giveweapon weapons/kar98_mortar.tik
To enable the game console and cheats for Single Player mode, go to your game's shortcut, right click it and choose properties from the list.
Once there, go to the end of the Target node (leave everything that's already there in place), and type the following: +set developer 1 +set thereisnomonkey 1 +set cheats 1 +set ui_console 1
