Just read the report about the new laws totally agree with them apart from the no begging people are on the streets because of a multitude of reasons sometimes not there own doing but as alot of country's are turning homeless into criminals is disgusting rather than persecuting try helping councils that criminse begging should be held accountable!!
Sadly the town centre is dying thanks to the Rushden Lakes development. It used to have such a nice town centre, but now it is empty shops, betting offices, and charities.
