Love Saltsquatch. You have the most educational surf fishing videos out there while most others are mostly entertaining. I’m headed down this week from North Mississippi again to try and use what I have learned from your other videos regarding equipment, techniques, and general knowledge. I don’t live on the coast and may visit once or twice per year, I appreciate all you do. I would have given up on those fish without your videos. It has helped a lot. I cannot understand how you do not have more subscribers or likes?

How does the penn slammer do against the penn spinfisher long cast?
I am using both the 9500 and 10500 paired with the 12’ Penn Battalion
Depends on what you’re doing. The slammer is always my first choice for big game
@@SaltSquatch i haven not used either reel. I was thinking of getting a 4500 spinfisher long cast for my beach casting artificial/lures and the 7500 long cast with a 12’ rod for for blues, reds, sharks. I am guessing you feel the long cast isn’t suited for larger fish? Maybe I’ll consider the slammer for that choice…
