    My lawyer lied about being in negotiations for two years and never sent a response to the others counter after the first demand
    Never told me they sent an offer even though I wanted to see and approve it didn’t tell me for months that the other party responded
    And then for over a year after those two initial conversations lied to me about being in negotiations but they have no documentation of any of this and only could send me the initial offer and response
    The initial offer said I wasn’t working and didn’t loose income when we had several emails showing I was working and how much income lost and our conversations
    Even with adding that apparently the number the other party was wanting could not change
    Two years from a car accident a total of two offers and one response documented
    Is this malpractice

    I appreciate the information but perhaps if you could provide where we can find attorneys who specialize in suing attorneys for malpractice, it would be more helpful. My attorney is Iowa and I was living in Missouri at the time.

    My HOA's lawyer issued me an invoice of legal fees for a HOA related matter . And the issue was resolved. Now, after 9months they sent me another invoice of extra legal fees. Do you think it's a legal Malpractice on their part ?

    Trust prepared by Council on Aging Attorney where the signature of dad is not consistent with bank record or CA Driver's license . Signature is not even consistent with dad's other signatures from the same day. Months before dad died from brain cancer...this is the core of charity for "public benefit" Council on Aging and further actions based on ano Good Cause Shown

    Damage in what I am sorry I had a lot of questionsI know my children have anxiety I'm sure my son is going to have resentments against other side of his family when he finds out the truth and all I've been doing is fighting and fighting for him! They have literally alienated him. That is a form of abuse. I'm so concerned.

    is it legal malpractice if a lawyer failed to file a form that would have greatly benefits his client even if the government never informed him of its existence.
    My wife are on our second immigration lawyer. We paid him $10k to represent us in her deportation hearing. I just found out about a waiver that could have prevented it getting that far but neither of our lawyers ever filed it.
    Its a way to waive for illegal entry of spouses of members and former members of the military's. I was never aware of it and its not even stated on the travel application but its an option that has to be written in, so even if you had the form you might not know about it. Its only in the instructions for the form The immigration website has so many forms that I don't think anyone would find it unless they already knew about it.
    Is that a valid excuse for my lawyers since its very hard to find and few illegal immigrants marry members of the military.

    What if my Lawyer refuses to proceed with the case to trial and is making a threatening ultimatum to accept a low ball settlement and if I don't they will drop my case? I have evidence yet they refuses to proceed ways to obtain it and end the case in my favor?

    • @AlDavLaw
      @AlDavLaw  4 роки тому

      Find another lawyer. If your lawyer is telling you not to take your case to trial, they may be right. But if you disagree, then you need to disengage from your current lawyer and find a new one.

      @@AlDavLaw Can't they put a lien on my case if I do that tho?

      @@AlDavLaw there is dash cam evidence from the semi truck that hit me but we can't obtain it due to having to take it to trial and they don't want to because "I wasn't injured enough" to take it further than that. When if they had viewed the tape it would be clear who hit who and would be a closed case already. Would I be able to get a second opinion even after its been ongoing for a year or so and it came to this?

      @@eternallegacy89 Every case is different. We can't answer if they have a lien right or not. You certainly can obtain a second opinion. That is always an option.

    Hello, I am inquiring into legal advice for perceived malpractice from a legal site that advertises assistance from attorneys. I seem to be getting "lousy" customer service from that site and their attorneys.

    • @AlDavLaw
      @AlDavLaw  2 роки тому

      In California at least, those sites are not allowed to provide legal advice, even though they advertise that you are receiving advice from real lawyers. Any malpractice claim is probably against the individual lawyers giving the advice. You should consult with a malpractice attorney. Maybe even a class action attorney. It is an interesting issue.

      @@AlDavLaw Are you willing to get permission from our State Attorney General to sue that entity for lack of compliance with their legal duties and failure to faithfully execute our own Constitutional laws?

      @@danielpalos We do not handle those types of cases. You should consult with an attorney who handles those types of claims.

    Is there a time frame that one needs to file for attorney malpractice?

    • @AlDavLaw
      @AlDavLaw  3 роки тому +1

      Yes, in California it is one year from the date you knew or should have known of facts leading to the malpractice. If you are in another state, you should check with a lawyer there. Statute of limitations can be tricky and dangerous, so we always strongly recommend that you talk to a lawyer about your legal deadlines.
