Noordin Haji: A lot of these cases that have been cited and which we ended up withdrawing were made independently by myself and the teams that we work with. Those cases were necessitated to be withdrawn because we had issues with how the evidence was passed on to the ODPP

Can the cases be diagnosed independently. Each case on its own merit, public resources were misused and in my view the DPP does not deserve the position he is selected for.

What happened to those officers who forged documents and tampered with evidence. Why is the DPP paid if the court decides what cases come before the court? This man was appointed as a reward for dismissing Ruto's friends corruption cases. He should not get this position.
