You could walk them through the portal registration process and then the client opportunities will be there once they take the Harver Assessment. They can select from the client's available in the portal. There is an extensive walk through in Masterclass as well. I look forward to working with you!

So the IBO fee is not deducted with the Arise fee? For example, my fee is 20 Arise 20 so IBO fee would be 40? Arise takes the fee for the active agents before they send us the money? What are considered active agents?

How do you handle sick days or vacations? Do you still charge a fee even if they didn’t work? Does SOW allow for sick days or vacations? How do you handle complaints against your agent?
As far as vacations you pick your hours. For sick days pretty the same as any other workplace “call in”, swap out your hours or release the shift

Yes, you can service and be an IBO. You will be a servicing agent under your IBO company.
So arise sends the IBO one lump sum which the IBO then has to figure out how much goes to each agent?
Yes, they also provide an invoice that shows you how much Arise paid you for each agent and how many intervals they serviced.

Why would someone need funding for this kind of business? Is it just for if you want to have a physical call center?
You need money when starting any type of business. Funding can help cover cost for educational resources, software to run your company, legal fees and state fees, payroll software if you choose to use it, incentives, marketing and promotional material, website-business phone-business email, and any other costs associated with having or running a business.

How much did you pay to trademark your name in all of the categories? From what I gathered from the few page it looks insanely expensive for someone just starting out. Do you recommend trademarking as soon as possible? Thanks
My name is not trademarked in all categories, but in the ones we do business in and are planning to do business in. We trademarked this name and a couple others, so we paid a few thousand. The average uncomplicated trademark cost between $800 - 2k depending and that usually includes 1 class.

The Arise platform connects you with their clients. As far as clients outside of Arise, we have different ways we pursue them

So the part about the fee writing it off. You’re saying if I write it off the agents can’t or vice versa?? Just wanted to clarity on that.
There is no double dipping meaning make sure if you are telling your agents that they can write off the fees that the 1099 you provide has their total income before the fees were taken out.
@@AriseToTheTopbecause if you’re telling them they can write off the fees, those fees (in full) are essentially your (the IBO’s) income, which would be taxed on that full fee/income amount, right?
(This assuming there were zero other office expenses etc lol…you get my drift.)

Not anymore, they do pay for a background check though

Not really in the beginning when you have a bare minimum amount of agents. That would also depend on who you are planning to use.
Can my llc not be a partnership? Can I change it to an s-corp? How do I get it registered with the irs?
Your LLC does not have to be a partnership, you can file the paperwork to make your llc an s-corp, getting registered with the IRS for an Ein can be done here www.irs.gov/businesses/small-businesses-self-employed/apply-for-an-employer-identification-number-ein-online. If you were looking for a different type of IRS registration, let me know.
My LLC is a partnership. My husband and I own it. But I can change that if need be. I already have an ein for the business. Do you also recommend I just create a new LLC ? My existing one is for my band but I can register this call center as a dba right?

Can I become an Arise IBO from Europe and work as an Arise call agent?
Is it possible to set up a flat fee model for one agent and a percentage fee for another agent, or do I always need to apply the same model?
Having multiple pay models within 1 company is possible, it will require a lot of organization and consistency on your part. You won't be able to become a US based Arise IBO from Europe.

You can service as an agent in Jamaica, but not become an IBO.

Yes if you signed up under the U.S. website to recruit then it has to agents from US!

Hi Arise certification is free. There is a background check required once every 3 years to service. Background check is $30

Arise charges that fee and will receive that money. The IBO will not get any of that.

@Star Monyea Media It's both the 39.95 is per month and the amount that was given in Masterclass is per pay period, which is paid twice a month.
