What have you learned about starting a VA agency?
What I learned and didn't realize that you should be able to pay your subcontractors 30% of your profit! I've been wondering this for a while. What I'd like to know is it still ok to want to hire subcontractors right out of the starting gate?
So far, what resonated with me is how to price my services based around what my revenue goals are and productizing my service offerings. Genius! This will help me build my Services page on my website. Can't wait to watch the rest of this video!
