YOU PUT SO MUCH DETAIL INTO GEORGE EATING MUTTON???? anyways this must’ve taken so long!! one frame has so much detail-that whole animation must’ve been so many frames! unbelievable how much time and effort you must’ve put into this !!
It took me 20 hours to make one bust design. It only took you, what, a month to sketch, line, color, shade, and animate 5 minutes of footage? THE GRIND
Hehe the famous speedrun music sounds so strange slowed down. Love the amount of detail you put into every frame, the way you draw their facial expressions is probably my favorite out of all the fanimations I've seen!
I AM VERY LATE BUT OH MY GOD YOUR PATIENCE AND DEDICATION IS OFF THE CHARTS MIND BLOWING!! AND this was super interesting to watch!! i'd definitely really enjoy seeing this process for more scenes if you wanna share them :D
thats absolutely what you should do!! however for animation i do it later bc all the color adjusting on the characters is done afterwards anyway- i also just sketch the bg roughly in the first phase so i dont get lost during the process
hii!! its not very complicated, just clipping filters to folders basically. i have my characters in a separate folder than the background so i clip multiply layers to the characters, and fill w a certain color like for example in the nether i make it a pale red, maybe a gradient etc. the base colors of the characters are the same in every scene, those filters are what makes them fit in their environment! i also clip glow layers and whatever fits the scene and finally i add some more filters, except this time they're not clipped to anything i just put them over the whole thing (background+characters) and it rly ties it all together well. u gotta make sure not to go overboard tho, it could look messy/blurry/dirty yk yk theres also some final touches in my editing program (premiere pro) which is just some extra glow, nothing major but its a cool look !
