In todays video, I have shared my First ride impression on Hero Xpulse 200 4V. It is a adventure bike available in 2 variants and 4 colours.Xpulse 200 4V price starts at Rs. 1,44,916 in India with top variant price starting from Rs. 1,52,297. The Hero Xpulse 200 4V is powered by 199.6cc BS6 engine which develops a power of 18.9 bhp and a torque of 17.35 Nm. With both front and rear disc brakes, Hero Xpulse 200 4V comes up with anti-locking braking system. This Xpulse 200 4V bike weighs 159 kg and has a fuel tank capacity of 13 liters.

Just go for it . Cruising at 80km/h and getting mileage 40-45 km/l is lot better. In off-road you will know the purpose of buying Xpulse.

Hero indian company mera pas hero glamour 2013 model hai 10 + hogaya hai 5 lakh + km chala hua hai reliability top notch
I personally own this bike, 25k km clocked in 1.5years. I have tested this bike for everything it has to offer. My personal views
Advantages:
1. Good city bike, very nimble to maneuver due to 90/90 21inch front tyre.👍
2. Price point, for what it offers value for money spent.
3. Front suspension is okiesh.
4. Breaking is average
5. Milage is 41kmpl in heavy city traffic.
Disadvantage
1. Stock bike Not ideal for offroad. I have personally ridden on gravel roads, muddy roads, water crossing, ice roads. Stock Bike is pure disaster. The reason is its average curb weight, it suited for dry mud roads, which most bikes can handle this bike handles bit better because of its suspension setup.
2. Highway performance is not good either. Bike feels very underpowered while on highway, and while riding uphill with pillion. 19bhp 18Nm is not being utilized to its complete potential. Dyno test results show 15.3bhp 13.2Nm.
3. Maintenance of this bike is gonna cost you, dont buy the idea of hero and cheap parts pricing, this bike is not splendor, average cost for my service comes around 2.5k (700 wash+polish 1300 oil wheel balance 150 + 350 consumable labor) this is fixed. Break pad break disc cone set clutch plate chain sprocket set will be extra 5.5k this is once evey 15k km you will need to change. Every 2 year battery change 2.5k. Rear Suspension leak warranty for 5 years or 60k km if broken no warrenty that is 8k. This is the major breakup.
4. Tube tyre are worst for riding on road, if puncture you are gone. No puncture fluid will help here tried that already without success. Dont make the tyre tubeless, bike rims are not thick enough to handle the load.
4. Seating is bad for long rides, max i could stretch was 110km single ride afterwhich ur butt will ache. Pillion is absolutely no.
5. Wobbling issues, at around speeds of 50-70 4th gear front wheel wobbles, i have reported this to reputed hero showroom without any success till now, they tell me to replace tyres and see, the cost is on me. I am riding bike with this issue. This issue was not there for starting 4k km bike was stable, and everytime mechanic tightens the fork this issue is not present after a week of riding bike again the issue comes back.
6. Kick start is useless to do cold starts.
7. Headlight is not great, aux light is a must for touring.
Overall, do i recommend this bike?
Absolutely not, dont go for this bike, this bike has flaws that hero needs to address. I am not happy buying this bike,
Under 2 lakh if you require allrounder bike i recommend honda CB200X. Most issues mentioned here are not a problem with CB200X

I have this one, selling it today, I faced many issues out of which the most irritating issue is Tyre punctures are like hell, it will eat your pockets, especially in Pune, suspension is great riding is great but hero service is horrible everywhere, and this bike heats in traffic, will make you feel your thighs burn in high traffic. Its not a city bike. so better to buy it just for fun but not for city
