Quick Healthy Dessert

  • All ingredients good for you dessert
    Recipe:
    • 4 eggs ( 5 eggs if small size)
    • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
    • 1/2 cup brown sugar
    Mix well until fluffy, then add
    • 1/4 cup olive oil, mix again, then add
    • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
    • 1/2 cup coconut flour
    • 1/2 cup almond flour
    • 1/2 cup chopped dried apricots
    • 1/2 cup chopped dates
    • 1 tsp baking soda
    • 1 vanilla pack ( or 1 tbsp vanilla extract liquid form)
    Combine everything very well, and pour this mixture into a 9”x9” baking pan with parchment paper
    • top with 1/2-1 cup chopped pecans ( or choose your preferred nuts )
    Bake at 375 f for 30-35 minutes
    Let it cool
    Remove the parchment paper
    Cut into 16 squares
