That could be a sign of DM. It is found in German Shepherds. Unfortunately you can’t officially diagnose it until after they pass on but consult with your vet about what to look out for and what you can do to make his life easier.

I think my German Shep. Has this his back legs are weak and keeps falling. He just started couple of weeks ago.
