Hey man. So wondering if you can test games running at 720p-1080p or so without any upscaling then compare it with using fsr 2 or so on low resolution games. They want to confirm fsr makes low resolution games look worse after fsr is applied. Digital foundry just made a video discussing this and will look into testing this soon, has me intrigued also.
@@plasmatvforgaming9648 yeah they are going to do a visual test between low resolution base games, one with fsr which we know is terrible for low resolution and one without fsr then compare the two. I figured you already have the tools to do it before they can haha.
the cool thing i just discovered about specialk is that you can force 10bpc on basically any game, even for sdr, the majority still uses 8 for some reason.
@@plasmatvforgaming9648 Thanks man. You think we will afford one ? Do you think the monitor will convert everything 2D into a 3D image or it will display only native 3D movies etc ? I'd love to use my PS5 Pro with that monitor and play all games in 3D glasses free. Every movie and game ?! Isn't 120Hz too low ?
hello buddy i watched your video you have a pioneer kuro my krp-500m it red tint problem can you help me fix this and i get motion lag i have a 60inch can i improve this panel watched you live stream you was saying you tweaked your 60inch for better pic quality
FW900 is 2ms persistence not 4ms Most CRTs actually last quite a long time, they just get dimmer over time There are CRTs made in the 1970s that still work There was no planned obsolescence back then Ironically the FW900 is one of the weaker CRTs in this regard, it's not as sturdy over time for some reason However most PC CRT Monitors seem to hold up okay over time
Yeah. Some would say 1-2ms suggesting something in between. In any case, the FW900 appears to resolve the UFO test perfectly. As one would expect of a CRT.
Thank you, Ariel. Your channel has been invaluable to me.

FSR is not good with low res, I'll check it out with my Plasma

Yes, that's nice
One last Burning Question i have: 3840x2160 or 4096x2160 Resoulution when gaming? I do not know which one is better.
That 4096 res is useless and causes stretching in some games plus DLDSR or Nvidia image scaling don't work
Delete it with the CRU app
Time for a twitch channel with you messing with hdr
I've never even try it but I'll check it out one of these days
I couldn't find anything about that 2025 TCL 3D glassless TV.
Can you point me in the right direction?

They presented the display 3 months ago at the CSOT convention and they were not 3D Vision compatible.
Did they give up on that ?!

I'll make a video with all the tweaking I've done and also about the reset, but I'm not sure if that would translate to yours the same

Hi
Hi

Thanks for clarifying that
They get dimmer with use too
