Dear Dr. Cheung, I’m sorry for hijacking this comment section, but I have a question, so I am asking it here in a recent video to increase the probability that you will see it. 🙂 My question is, where do you get the short, handled palmyra deck brushes you use for cleaning your woks? The only ones I can find are designed for use with a broom handle, or are plastic. Thank you in advance and a happy and healthy New Year to you and your family.
Very informative video thank you sir you helped me make my mind up as to what to look for in a wok very appreciated
An exact description with link would be appreciated
Thank you for your videos, Mr Tak! Very inspiring!
