Damn! I swear I watched movies back in the 90s, but most of these escaped me, although there were some movies that I wouldn't have bothered to see on this list.
There were literally thousands of movies released in the 90s in the US alone. I tried to stick with movies that I knew at least had a decent sized theatrical release, but even then some of these were very far from the mainstream. I worked in a theater, though, so I watched dang near anything...
@@WordNerdTriviaQuizzes I was serving on the army until 1994, and the only movie I recall seeing was The Adventures of Baron Munchausen... in 1990 if I recall correctly. When I wasn't marching around, I'd go drinking with my mates. But still, I had to have seen some movies then, but I can't recall them at all.
Such a strange movie. I haven't seen the documentary about it, but apparently the filming of it was a complete disaster. That said, Val Kilmer is hysterical in the film, especially when he starts doing a Moreau impression.
I don't think that's a bad number at all. There were thousands of movie released in that decade. The master list I compiled for these quizzes has over a thousand titles and I'm fairly sure that 95 percent of them had theatrical releases and a decent chunk of them, let's be honest, were hot garbage. You're better off not being able to pull memories of "Josh and SAM" or "American Cyborg: Steel Warrior" out. I have distinct memories of both of these titles, and I'll never get that little piece of my brain back. I'm starting to wonder if these videos are therapy for me. I never did see Josh and SAM, but we played that freaking preview for months (and the only thing notable about it was that it used the INXS song Suicide Blonde)
32, with a few of them knowing the film but getting the title wrong (Fair Play instead of Fair Game, Mom and Dad Save the Universe instead of Mom and Dad Save the World, etc).
I think both of those should qualify as points. I mean, just knowing "Mom and Dad Save the World" is both praiseworthy and shameful. I worked in a theater that played it for at least a full month. No one there was able to make it all the way through the movie without walking out...
Well it turns out I need to watch more movies. I was able to name off only 5, and out of those I've only seen 4 of them
12 for me this time. Thanks for another fun quiz!
37 out of 40

22.5 points. Gave myself half a point for 8 Monkeys, I mean 12 Monkeys. Can’t believe I forgot Matinee. I actually saw that recently.
Damn, I started strong - and then not so much. Only 29 this time.
respect for adding dr. moreau its one of the best and most unique movies ever made, tho very scary for kids to watch

Not one single millennial man didn't recognize Fair Game!
Yeah with Cindy Crawford that might have been the easiest one. 😃
I got 26 out of 40. That is not good considering my brain is full of movie trivia.
