  • SAVE this if you are a pregnant or nursing parent! Do you feel rounded in your shoulders? Unable to sit up all the way straight? Curled up through the chest feeding a baby or with a baby sleeping on you?

    THIS chest self-massage is for YOU. Move your fingers to find the grooves between the ribs and the bits of tension in the muscles that need to release to allow your posture to go upright.
    //
    Keep in mind - if you are nursing a baby- even though we are not working directly with breast tissue sometime the chest muscles are just tender. Start this gently and go deeper only when it feels good.
    //
    Also, this doesn’t have to be an exclusive club of #pregnant or #postpartum people. Almost all of us could use more opening across the chest so feel free to give this a try!
