The only thing is that sharks have a few different ways to detect food like they can smell the blood if you had a cut or the beat of your heart the sanctuary organs and there's snout so if a shark already has you in its sights at say 50 ft away and they are very fast and if they want to get you it's going to be at a surprise so if the shark is swimming at 35 mph is it going to stop after it detects the device at 6 ft and Dieter it from continuing to attack you that is a major question. It's one thing if a shark sees you and they are 15 ft away and then swim slowly to where you are then of course they are going to start to feel this device work at around 10 to 6 ft and should definitely turn away from you and also if you have one of these devices on your ankle and one on your wrist does this make it much stronger than just having one on your ankle.

@hawaiiansouthshore I wear them on both ankles and both wrists and they do not get in the way if I am diving deeper then I will use depth watch as far as all the other things that it does

@@hawaiiansouthshore I can't find it but for the person that said that they have other senses like smell that is true but this magnet and other materials used to make it really works well and gives the shark a jolt that totally interferes with any other capabilities that the shark has for finding food. Off the coast of Naples I caught black tip and a bull shark and put them in a pan with rope all the way down to the ground. The net was about 150 ft long by 30 ft deep and I hired 30 divers for the experiment and the divers of course were on the food and Chum part of the net and the Sharks were on the Ocean Side and every three to four divers wearing an anti shark device plus a big piece of tuna on the back and none of the sharks went after the divers with the anti-shock device and tuna on their back they went strictly for the divers that had absolutely no protection with a piece of tuna on their back and of course fish swimming around that we had dumped in the fence part to the beach so the device absolutely works and works well and that is only using one anti-shock device bracelet

You are absolutely correct my friend. I'm going to talk to the guys at OSHA and see if they will do a long study on this it's not I'm going to do it.
They should do a big experiment in an area where there are a lot of sharks and a lot of seals on an island and they should have the scientists go out to this Seal Island and tranquilize 30 or 40 seals and attached these devices to the seals and also put tracking devices in the seals and see how many of the seals with the bracelet on are killed. That will tell you exactly if the device works because that is basically the great white sharks favorite meal.

Ich denke das Problem trotz haischutz ist die Reichweite wenn ein hai mit hoher Geschwindigkeit angreift kann er das überwinden es sind ja nur 2meter ansonsten ist es der richtige Weg 👌👌

The statistics are being manipulated in a big way here. The testing is very vague and he isn’t clear about how the tests were conducted. I think it’s super irresponsible and he makes himself feel better by adding in “nothing is 100%”

Of course it’s so biased for their own marketing. I hate when they focus on sharks that aren’t even considered harmful to humans. It has been been run through on big, dangerous species of shark.

I'm not rich or anything but I don't think it's a big price to pay to maybe decrease the probability of a serious risk...as long as it doesn't attract sharks I will try it. I'm already on Amazon and will hit the BUY button. FingerZ crosseD!

@@Itsobvnes I totally know how you feel, I sometimes still get that eerie feeling also.
I was reading that some experts suggest -
To minimize the chances of a shark attacks, here are some factors that can increase the risk:
      - Dawn and dusk - Sharks tend to be more active at these times when prey is abundant. Light levels make it harder for sharks to identify what's food vs not.
      - After rains - Heavy rains can wash debris and animal waste into the ocean, attracting bait fish which can attract sharks.
      - Murky water - Sharks rely on sight for hunting. Low visibility in turbid water increases chances of mistaken identity.
-Channels and steep drop offs - Sharks use these as ambush points when hunting.
      Nothing is 100%
