I do split squats, goblet squats and calf raises to improve my leg strength every day (with weights). Is there any other exercises or signature muscles I should be working to improve jumping and potential goal kick power.

I was leaning back only as my foot kicked the ball, my body leaned slightly forward. It's a natural motion by your body
