The name for US war bonds before Pearl Harbor was "Defence Bonds," then the name changed to "War Bonds and Stamps" after the war began. Eventually war stamps were eliminated. When the war was over, the name for these instruments changed to "Victory Bonds." In the fall of 1945, FM&M did a show in Canda in support of the Canadian version of a victory bond drive.
Funny, the song at 20:00 is called "uncle fudd" and one of the actors became Elmer Fudd in cartoons.
