Gee! I like that gigantic screen at the end. The Pies are fortunate in that they have a lot of depth - probably more so than any other club. There are a lot of players who would be in the senior team at most clubs getting very few games, if any, as there aren't spots for them. That of course can change very rapidly.

Those young blokes look ready to go. The 2023 squad squeezed a lot out of the veterans so hopefully they’ll all start getting plenty of match time. And it would be nice to see a big partner for Checkers - poor bloke has been the mainstay of the forward line for five years, soaking up the other team’s best defender but without enough help from another tall forward.
Haven’t won back to back flags since 1935-36, had five opportunities since, and only one out of those five chances we actually made the GF (2011). The challenge is enormous, the history created will go down in Collingwood folklore! I have no doubt this IS the group that can do it!It’s clear to see that complacency, lack of desire, or premiership hangover etc will not be tolerated by this team, ever! Go Pies!!!
