Btw, when the narrator is telling you there aren't any more options, if you wait a few more seconds another option appears.

There is no right or wrong way since this is all a time loop, you did miss some important story bits by attacking Wog however and another one by listening to the narrator, if you waited there was another option. Other then that from what I remember there isn't anything story wise that you guys missed. In Part 2 you can't miss any of the story, the choices are different, but the story is implented into it no matter which way you go.

Everything is different.
From the first decision, everything goes on a different path.
O2 or put out fire, immediately puts you on separate paths.
Put out fire,...even if you were to put out O2 later...puts you on a different path ..than if you were to do O2 first....
