I've been working with cord and macrame for decades now. I love how you incorporate other items into your work. My kids love the minion pieces too! ! !
I did a cool thing with this bracelet - I started with your double cow hit with 4 core and hid the fused connection in the middle and had each color line up on both ends. I LOVE THE JUMP RING LOOK!!!
Thanks Tim, for the tutorials, you do an excellent job explaining the different techniques. I had seen someone showing a bracelet like this one and couldn't figure out what the rings were, now I know. I've only been making bracelets a short time but your videos have helped to make my bracelets look as though I've been doing them for a lot longer. Thanks again !!
+Linda Hammond Linda! I saw a picture of this on facebook, but never found out who the originator was. Thanks for sharing this one and putting it out there! :)
I just figured it out -- from what i've seen, and it's abundant, there are two ways to assemble this weave - with a FOUR core or TWO core. The four-core version is GIANT. The two-core version is reasonable and looks better for women. That's my take ...
I made this .. thank you for sharing .. but I did hide my ends down the center even with the jump rings and took them to the opposite side with my fid .. :)
Wow Tim, the chain mail is so cool. Top stuff! With this project you "appeared" to work from bottom to top. I thought you'd work from top to bottom. Was there a reason for this? At first I thought you'd just remove your bulldog clip and add or remove jump links from the bottom end. Now I see why you'd need to remove or add by splitting the rings. Why did you work in this "apparent" reverse direction? Thanks for sharing. Cheers, Mal
+anhtuan tonguyen You could, but depending on how thick your hex nuts are it might leave some gaps in the weave, so I'm not sure how exactly this one will look.
lol u didn't note in the beginning that the loop at the top should be removable now when i finished the loop of the bracelet is stuck in the loop of the gig

Absolutely! The four core version is quite substantial and better suited for a person with a thicker wrist. :)
Looks like an Iron Band bracelet!

Awesome tutorials! what's the size of the jump rings you use?
Very nice. Do you have a tutorial on a watch band?
Awesome tutorial as always! What kind of clasp are you using? I'd like to get some
Hey Jim, just look for "bronze snap shackle" that are made in Sweden. You can find them online. I'll do a more specific video about the clasps. :)

Please Show one video with the buckles for this bracelet..

KosukiFire Ah, I've been meaning to try one of those out. Thanks for the reminder!
What size are the jump ring. I got 16 gauge 5/32 but they seem too small
+Juan Rovira The ones I used were 10 mm in diameter.
Can i make it with hex nut?
+anhtuan tonguyen You could, but depending on how thick your hex nuts are it might leave some gaps in the weave, so I'm not sure how exactly this one will look.
Thanks
have u tried putting beads instead of those rings
I have not. Beads might work, but that might make the weave look a little off, depending on the size of the bead. It might work though!
Where do you buy those Sweden shackles and how much are they?
Andrei Iosip You can find them from various online retailers. Just search for "bronze snap shackle". They are anywhere from $15-$18 each.
would you sell that red one?
What size are the rings? Diameter i mean, becuase i want to make them at home
10 mm or 15 gauge. Thanks for asking as I forgot to put that in the video! :)
lol u didn't note in the beginning that the loop at the top should be removable now when i finished the loop of the bracelet is stuck in the loop of the gig
Where is the picture of how to set it up on a clipboard?
Top is cut off :/
If you watch closely at 3:10 you can see that I'm just looping the working strands through a looped piece of paracord.
Awesome tutorials! what's the size of the jump rings you use?
+Dave Lancefield 15 gauge / 10 mm
