Jon! Thank you for chiming in! Eight years, WOW; I didn’t even know you worked for a concrete contractor. Hope you and Bandit enjoyed the video, I appreciate your watching!
I've been a builder for more almost 40 years. I never take time to watch a full UA-cam video on any kind of construction because I rarely have the time and it's too work related for me to relax to. This one was the longest ones I've ever seen you put up; I do watch all your sawmill videos. I watched this entire video and think it's one of the very best pieces I've seen on UA-cam. The work of your family and your contractors was music to the eyes... and your narration was superb. May you, your children and your grandchildren have many many years of excellent service from this fine structure.
I have to say that Linda performed well above average in this video. Not many women out there will work as hard as she did. Linda and her sons are not afraid of work which in this day and age there is a lot of that laziness going on. You know about construction and you all know it is very hard work. To see Linda step up and do more than her fair share is totally amazing. Mom is not afraid to get her hands dirty and has raised her sons very well. I really enjoyed this video and Linda's voice over in this video. Hope to see more of you working on your beautiful home and business.
It's unbelievably refreshing to see hard working people actually building a business in this country no a days. This is how this country was founded and should still be done by everyone. Most big business wants to see how much money they can get out of the thing before they sell it to China. You guys are incredible. I am overjoyed to see you succeed.(And you will)
No wonder we haven't seen any videos lately. Not a problem. Much more important to get this building and surrounding area completed. Nice work as usual Linda. Thank you. Looking forward to more sawing videos as well.
you have motivated me to persue a repurposed wood biz at 60 yrs old youngness we takecdown barns nad old structures the make tables ect. god has his hand in our work also keep up the vids, its good to see hard workers
Simply stated, awesome production and commentary. You do the work as some have said of many people, its what makes America Great (Again). Many are sadly lost in a generation, if they watched this video they might understand why this country is amazing!
Great family values. It appears that you have been blessed in several ways. Congratulations upon your. Business growth. I hope you all will have multiple generations that work here with the same enthusiasm as you and your family are.
For me - as a physicist phd in building commercial satellites I can only admire your hard work. Simply GREAT !! Reminds me a bit to my activities in the late 60ies when I (small school boy) build my own small observatory for astronomical observations on a meadow; at that time also learning how to get around myself with concrete and other previously unknown building equipment.
You are a great American Family That every one in the Country should be Proud Of Thanks For Your hard work and love for family ,, Now day's family's are Greedy for all thy can get like mine ,, God Be With You and thanks for a wonderful video gives me hope
I wonder if many of your viewers appreciate just how much intense manual labor that building represents. And how much of it you did yourselves. Having done some on smaller buildings, I do. And you have my heartfelt congratulations. Very well done, indeed.
Fabulous! What stands out for me, more than the beautiful building, is the work ethic imbued in you your family. That's not an accident! I'm sure you worked a lot harder raising your family, than you did putting this structure, together. Mom, you're a true inspiration! May the Lord shower his blessings upon you, and yours.
GREAT building............thanks for sharing..............I don't believe I have ever watched so much work being done in 30 minutes in my life. Time to take a break, I am retired and not use to this much work. Thanks
Beautiful building and lots of backbreaking hard work! Good thing your family members are all in such good shape. I know you are very proud of it and it shows in the video, all a labor of love. Thanks for sharing it with us!
Thank you! We definitely like our new building and it is a satisfying feeling to know that we have contributed to the work. Thanks for watching and commenting! Linda
Wow, one building finished in 30 minutes. Its fun to watch the video even if its in time warp. More power to you mam Linda and family and plus your dog.
You put those blokes to shame. You were three times quicker on the shovel than they were and no standing back to have a rest. Well done, you and your boys did a fantastic job on your new shed and your commentary was excellent. Very enjoyable video, thank you.
I think you do a great job with your videos. As a caricature carver an supplier of cut-out in basswood for the class I just love wood as you all do. I don't know what state you are in but I love watching you work. Your videos are so professional. They inform a guy like me that is retired and with a few disabilities one from the military in the early 70's and more receintly a brain tumor. We hired a local farmer in the 80's with a bandsaw mill to slab out two oaks we had to take down. He did them right and dried them in his barn and delivered them when done. Wow you sure must take care not to hurt your back. Please everyone be carefull.
A very fitting video for the labor day weekend! Thanks for sharing your Blessings with us. The fruit of your labor goes far beyond the lumber you produce. For those of us that know the satisfaction of working hard and celebration of the gifts given to us, you allow us to participate vicariously in your business to appreciate the dedication of you and your family to use you talent for good purpose. God Bless you and Yours.
Yes, taking a break from the past years labor! The Good Lord has definitely blessed us in so many ways, I couldn't begin to name all of them. Although one blessing covers them all, that He is with us always if we want Him. God bless you and your loved ones. Thank you for watching and commenting! Linda
I came to this video by accident but really enjoyed it. I am in the construction biz and know what it takes to get a building like this up. You guys did a helluva job on both the construction and the video. I wish I had more people like you working with me. Excellent job!
Thanks for all the hard work out into making the video. Along with showing people how hard work pays off. So many will not work as hard as your family does. And its great to watch all your videos. Again Thanks Pete
Excellent video and voice over! Kudos on surviving economic ups and downs over the years. I've built many many buildings over the years and as fast as I was, I'd have a hard time keeping up with you! You are an inspiration to entrepreneurs everywhere.
You are the hardest working mom ever. Excellent video. It seems you put your heart and soul into everything you do. I had a Grandma that way. She keep books on the farm me and my siblings grew up on. After her death at 101 good hard working years I discovered receipts for farm implement, tractors, cars, houses, the farm, fine silver and furniture. She even had stacks of notebooks full of events such as tornado damage, good and bad crop years. We have the videos she took with an old brownie movie camera (she bought new). On that film that she narrated and the receipts, books and notes she maintained is a great deal of our family history and i guess most all of her's and Grampas. There all gone now, my parents and grand parents. Those days on the farm were some of the best and happiest days of my life. The best of everything to you and your loved ones. Have a long and happy life Mrs Linda
Great video! I purchased a 4,000 sq. ft. Morton building 10 years ago, it had been fabricated about 20 years prior. It was awesome to see your video to see how it was put together. Thanks - like all your videos I really appreciated viewing it! mike
Super Nice Building ! Wow ! Wood boiler heat and all that nice concrete. Really nice to see a small business push forward. Thank you for the video and you did great. Sharing this with a few friends. The harder you work the luckier you get !
Great video of how believers turn adversity into gain. And working with wood is the best smelling job in the World. My Swedish ancestors worked in the woods, my Granddad was a sawyer/millwright, my Dad was actually born in a lumber camp in Central Oregon in 1918 and grew up to be a Mechanical Engineer who revolutionized lumber stacking in the World. His name was Sid Lunden. I really enjoyed your video and subscribed to your channel. Blessings.
You and your family should be very proud of a job well done. It is great thing to watch folks with powerful motivation take on a large project and do it as well as anyone. Congratulations. regards, greg (thanks for sharing
Totally, totally phenomenal!! Having grown up on a Jersey farm in Starkville, MS (home of MS State University), I know what it means for every member of the family to "pitch in" (both figuratively and literally) in order to accomplish the essential tasks necessary for a family operation to be successful. So, just watching this (and a few other of your videos) has taken me back to my youth and early adult years. So, thank you immensely for the inspirting story you told so gracefully during this video. Linda, your gentle, kind voice made us viewers feel like we were walking right along beside you and your family as you undertook this massive project. I'll bet that Morton building is buzzing with stakes and all sorts of other cool products now, too. Incidentally, at 69 years young, I have now retired from university professor status and live in Tupelo, MS (birthplace of Elvis!) as I consult and write my books. So, I have a bit of time to explore the adventures of other fabulous woodworkers (my first teaching job was as a junior high Industrial Arts teacher---and now I love woodworking in my garage, especially helping to teach young people in the local Boys & Girls Club, many of whom have no concept of what a traditional home family is like...or how to do productive work with their hands so as to benefit the world around them) as you display your craft at which the world can marvel. Major congratulations on all your work...and thank you so much for sharing your exploits with us here on UA-cam. May the Good Lord continue to bless you and yours as you spread His love in this way! --Dr. Larry S. Anderson -- Tupelo, MS
Linda the boss does not dig ditches, you have the boys for that :)! You are a incredibly hard working woman and I hope the best for you and the business.
What an awesome project... You and your family did a great job. Further more you have taken those many hours of videos and edited them for us... My english is not that enough to find the appropriate word to suit you. Thank you Linda for sharing this video.
Congrats on completing your new building. What I find most amazing is your ability to keep consistent records and sequencial videos so your can produce a professional quality Show. This is the first start to finish construction project I have ever seen that shows all aspects of the construction in one sitting. Well done Linda and family.
you remind me of my baby sister her man had a small saw mill and she worked with him.you are not afraid to work just like my baby sister.I miss her so much she pass 3 yrs.ago she had a lot of health problems .I built my house with a lot of lumber that she helped saw.you remind me of her so much .
well mom you are a super mother and you have fine son,s and helpers , it is great to see family work together , I think you are fearless and would try about anything , so I wish you and your son,s the very best in life because you have so much to be proud of , that is what Hard work will get you , complete satisfaction , one of your viewers.
Now that's the spirit that built America! If I had a corn fed midwestern a crew like you and your kids, I would be a billionaire. Linda could outwork 2 or 3 of my average California nutcase employees that can't find the right end of a screwdriver, and walk into walls when playing with their 'smart' phone - and that's on the days that they actually show up for work. I got my work ethic from my Czech and Slovak grandparents and parents that made their way up from nothing at Ellis island. Glad to see that type of poetry in motion is still alive. Easy to forget with all the distractions in this crazy world today. I have logged and milled, moved acres of earth, built many a house, and miles of cabinetry in my businesses. So I know brilliance when I see it. You guys are golden.
What to say in the voice-over, indeed! Without that admission one would never have suspected a hint of self-doubt here. Your narration of this video is as perfect and natural as are all your others. I often marvel at the (production) talents possessed of so many UA-camrs. It's no wonder that many folks prefer this medium over television. You outdo the "professionals" at their own game. Good job!
Another absolutely fantastic video, Linda. Thanks for sharing. For many of us viewers, you guys live the ideal existence! Tomorrow's Labor Day ... if anyone needs to 'chill out', it would be you.
Thank you for the fantastic feedback! I'm chilling today and tomorrow, in celebration of finally getting this video to my viewers that patiently waited so long! Thanks for watching! Linda
great video Linda awesome looking building you have there. Is there no end to your talents Linda your one hard working lady no wonder you look So fit and healthy. Looking forward to seeing the mill videos take care Linda
I worked for a man here in Indiana who had a 40x60 Morton barn...the roof paint had faded bad from weathering and they paid for everything to restore roof to like new condition...very impressed
As a ciment finisher i can say.. Good job guy's! Concrete is a team work. It cant be done by one person only.. Thanks for sharing, i hope you enjoy your new work shop. Best regards -Yves
Hi Linda,Excellent video it certainly tells all the story. I think your voice over very good not too much not too little. A magnificent building which I am sure you will enjoy for years to come. Don't worry about the advertisements they help pay the way for even more of Linda's sawmill. I enjoy them all. Thank you.
From my point of view, an Awesome job by an Awesome hard working family. All of your experience and talented associations have brought you to an even greater place in your family business. Your legacy is an example of 'The Great American Experience'. This and many more family businesses will encourage us to get through our struggles both individually and corporately in even our greatest challenges. Thank you for sharing. Plz continue. Can't wait to see👀those vids that you have been compiling while growing your family. ☝🇺🇸🙏💪👉...
Hi Linda, Congratulations on the new building! I'm happy to see that your business is doing so well that you need to expand. Your family seems like such a hard-working bunch and it's good to see you doing well. Thank you so much for taking the time to produce such a great video, I really enjoyed it! All the best, Jon
I have to say looking at some of your videos and see your work ethic and how you work with your family I must say you are a champion. God bless you and your family.
Loved the video and what a great job you did on it. The building is beautiful, too. It is rare to see such a hard working family as yours. I can't believe how you can keep up with those guys! Amazing. You all look so healthy, too. May God continue to bless you!
Well, I've said this before... but I just can not get over how well you all work together. Because of what I did before I retired, I think it safe to say I have known a few thousand people, but I never knew anyone who works harder than you Linda. To say this job is impressive just doesn't get it done. I have enjoyed your videos for some time now and I look forward to what you have coming. May you continue to do well and may your family remain close and caring about each other. May God continue to bless you and keep you. I have always, from the time I found, enjoyed watching what your family does. I heard many years ago that if find something to do for a living that you enjoy, then you will never work again.
Thank you, for your kindness. I appreciate your thoughtful encouragement and support of my channel. Thanks for watching and taking time to comment! God's blessings to you and yours, as well! Linda
I enjoyed the video. It amazes me how much stuff you do on your own. I wouldn't have gone down and worked it that narrow hole- Kudos to you for doing it. Please keep the videos coming!
I am glad you enjoyed the video. Thank you for the kind feedback, it's nice to be appreciated! I was definitely glad to get out of that cramped space, but still had one more to dig (another day...yeah). Thanks for watching and taking time to comment! Linda :)
That looks like a very nice building. Super video. Lots of work producing it. I tried to get a Morton building but I guess they didn't want my business. It took a salesman 6 weeks to initially get back to me. We spent 45 minutes on the phone and he was going to get me a quote. That was a year and a half ago, and I'm still holding my breath. I now have a great 40X48 barn by another great company.
Congratulations. I doubt I am the only one who is glad you are not built to be a Concrete "man!" I doubt I could do as well, city fella that I am. There must be a nice feeling, sitting in Your office, an office you actually helped build.. I am glad things turned out so well. I hope you and yours have better luck in the future. Best wishes and God bless.
Thank You One and all. Now that's what I call entertainment! I was just setting at my desk, and felt the sore muscles and the sweat on my brow every step of the way. What a beautiful addition to your work site that will be. Live Long and Prosper.
Nice work Linda! I feel your pain digging trenchs. Did plenty in 8 years at C&S Concrete.
Jon Hejda
Jon! Thank you for chiming in! Eight years, WOW; I didn’t even know you worked for a concrete contractor. Hope you and Bandit enjoyed the video, I appreciate your watching!
Building a Morton soon, thank you!!

Thanks for taking the time to put this all together for the world to see.
You are a great American Family That every one in the Country should be Proud Of Thanks For Your hard work and love for family ,, Now day's family's are Greedy for all thy can get like mine ,, God Be With You and thanks for a wonderful video gives me hope
I really enjoyed your video and comments. I spent over 40 years in construction, mostly commercial, but never did do a pole barn like yours.
I wonder if many of your viewers appreciate just how much intense manual labor that building represents. And how much of it you did yourselves. Having done some on smaller buildings, I do. And you have my heartfelt congratulations. Very well done, indeed.
Linda ...... you are one tough babe. Thanks for sharing that year with us.
Thank you and you are welcome! Thanks, also, for watching! Linda

Linda
I had a Morton building built in 1984, not far from the Ocean.
Still have it 36 years later.
No corrosion. Still looks great
I will never cease to find it amazing when a bunch of sticks and nails show up and a house, or building, appears from 'nowhere.'
Very cool.
Wow, one building finished in 30 minutes. Its fun to watch the video even if its in time warp. More power to you mam Linda and family and plus your dog.
My hat's off to one hard working little lady and her crew.
Linda you are a natural at this videoing and voice over stuff. Great job. Really enjoyed it!!!!
That is or at the very least should be an AWARD WINNING VIDEO! AMAZING.
You put those blokes to shame. You were three times quicker on the shovel than they were and no standing back to have a rest. Well done, you and your boys did a fantastic job on your new shed and your commentary was excellent. Very enjoyable video, thank you.
AWESOME work folks and great you sourced local people to help with your project..... enjoy
I think you do a great job with your videos. As a caricature carver an supplier of cut-out in basswood for the class I just love wood as you all do. calvin wisdom milo, but the only jailing jhang hou
Good job!
Such nice feedback...Thank you for the compliments! And thanks for watching! Linda

Hi Linda,Excellent video it certainly tells all the story. I think your voice over very good not too much not too little. A magnificent building which I am sure you will enjoy for years to come. My respect for you Linda.
Linda is a very hard worker and dedicated too.
Awesome build Linda, it must be great a running Business and a brand new Shop building. Best of luck in the years to come.
That is a great looking building, as usual you don't back down from the work.
Linda
I think you are the hardest working woman ive ever seen, no joke!!!
I havnt seen any of your videos for a while and thought you tired of making them. I'm pleasantly surprised to see you back. You are a hard worker.
All your Family and others doing this Construction quickly and Nice Job " ✅🤙😀🇨🇦 Thank's"
You are a hard working woman. And a great narrator and video-grapher.
Amazing! I was in the remodeling business for 30 years and have never seen a crew that worked together so well.
very much enjoy watching your teamwork - thanks
Really enjoyed the video, Linda. Wow, what a work ethic you and your family has !
Thank You One and all.
Now that's what I call entertainment!
I was just setting at my desk, and felt the sore muscles and the sweat on my brow every step of the way. What a beautiful addition to your work site that will be.
Live Long and Prosper.
That is rich top soil. I like your style. You get inspired and you put your ideas into action.
Thank you. We have a lot of black clay that looks like top soil and good top soil, as well. Thanks for watching! Linda
What an amazing video. Thank you for sharing.
