- This must be surely the most famous paratha in all of Pakistan! We visited Islamabad last year but only recently heard about the cheese paratha at Quetta Chai and of course we couldn't visit Islamabad without trying it ourselves!

I was commenting to my daughters (one of them is also named Sarah) that you are dressed so well for Pakistan, not too covered up like in the villages, but pretty typical for urban middle class Pakistani women in public. Looks good on you and is probably cooler than other constricting clothing. Gavin is also looking good in kurta shalwar, although you might have chosen a lighter color for a hot climate 😉
