Luckily was able to guess on the first number. Worked like a charm and now I have the factory code and have entered my own code as well. :)

too late for this guy, but 13 and later Fusions are on the bottom of the fuse panel on the driver side to the left of the steering wheel. ( yes, on the bottom) You have to remove one nut (panel ain't going nowhere if you can't get the nut back on) lift it a little, twist it, use a small mirror and photograph it with your smart phone. Have done a couple of them that way.

Yea, that card if missing from my glove compartment. Now what?? Is it possible to change a factory code? Because now, they can access my vehicle anytime.
