In pushing the approver with the same as the caller department we need to add one more line
gr.addQuery('sys_id', ' != ' , current.caller_id); //to prevent the user who is raising the incident be added to the array of approvers.
Please like if this is right...
I have used the same example, however the script for approval user is getting skipped. Can anyone help?
It might not be meeting the condition. Please check the script.
@@SAASWithServiceNow I've checked the entire workflow but can't find the problem. Next I created a simple workflow without script to create a incident task. Now this is not working too. I wonder if there is any separate settings for related task fields. All good on the main form but not the related task fields.
Please advice!
