@@bayleymassey Yes I did bro, but it took two whole months for a full recovery. Initially I was stubborn and ran again after two weeks, I kinda made it worse and ended up needing more time to heal, so if you have it now, dont be like me, it's better to rest. I learned that the stupid way 😂.

Before I watched it I was resting 2-3 weeks then running about again or doing leg press and the crack just opened up again. Same problem with myself also.but after seeking medical advice everything is solved.. what i did let me tell you. 1) dip both of my legs hot water bucket (3 times a day for 20 minutes).. did everyday for almost one and half month. 2) vitamin D3 injections . ( Total two injections. You have to go for 2 injection after two week. It's recommended). 3) calcium tablets with some other vitamins enzymes and minerals mine was 'Gelcal' 4) L arginine sachet for one and half month. Mine was ARG9. (Must consume one per day ). 5) sun bath for 20 minutes in early morning..( let the Ray's fallen in your belly button and lower back ) 6) did pranayama and meditation. ( Because they speed up recovery) 7) rest for one and half month. By the way the problem you're dealing with it's called stress fracture.
After the recovery process.. i start slowly. Gradually build the strength in lower legs..did jogging...and don't increase your mileage more than 10% per weak.( Including strength work).

I play indoor soccer every week. I think I have a stress fracture cause pain is more localized and stretching doesn’t trigger anything. Please tell me what should I do if any of you were able to fix it without going to a doctor.
I always see these videos saying 2-6 weeks. Funny every doctor in orthopedics I have seen about my stress fractures say 5 weeks minimum in a boot. With 8- 12 being normal for tibial stress fracture recovery time.
Is there any way to speed up the healing process? I am one of the only distance runners for my school and if it takes as long as my doctor says, then I'm gonna miss the rest of the season. I just got the boot and crutches 3 days ago.

So I play soccer and I haven't been running or doing much activity due to a stress fracture.I had shin splints initially but I kept on running on it .The stress fracture is on the lower area in the inside of my right leg and it is still abit swollen. I will give my tips to be able to recover from stress fractures based on my experience. I suffered from a stress fracture about 1 year ago.. it turns out that the main cause is because my calves and ankles are not strong enough to support my weight when running, so I have to rest my feet for 3 full months, every day I compress my feet with ice 2 times a day. 20 minutes per leg. after 3 months i started retraining my legs from the base, my calves and ankles.. i practiced hurdle jumps, box jumps, tuck jumps, jump squats, calf raises and going up and down stairs about 5 times a week..i do it more or less 1 month..after that I started to increase my training by endurance running from 15 minutes non-stop to 1 hour non-stop, I did it for about 2 months and even I didn't feel any more stress fractures in my legs..after that I started go into my main workout which is 5 km running, while I also do calf and ankle exercises and endurance running on different days..and NOW I am free from stress fractures, I never feel that way now..maybe this experience of mine can help someone others who have the same problem as me..as I said before, you have a stress fracture maybe because your calf and ankle are not strong enough to support the weight.. so focus on strengthening it..
